Surpreendeu minhas expectativas
Pros:

A localização é boa na minha opinião, no centro da cidade próximo do Mercadão Municipal. Rua tranquila sem perigo aparente.

Apenas por não ter café da manhã incluso pela contratação via Booking.com

Cons:

Pedi um lanche para o serviço de quarto no jantar encontrei cabelo na comida. Solicitei serviço de limpeza de quarto no turno da tarde, pois trabalhei no quarto pela manhã, qdo cheguei do evento não foi feito. A acústica do quarto é péssima, ouvi o som dos outros quartos. A vedação da janela é ruim, muito barulho da rua durante a madruga, dormi muito mal.

No centro da cidade, excelente custo benefício
Pros:

Cama confortável, funcionários super educados e atenciosos, limpeza do quarto e área comum. O hotel é bem localizado, no centro da cidade, dá pra fazer tudo à pé.

Cons:

O café da manhã é servido em um outro hotel da mesma rede, a 50 metros do local. Mas tanto o café da manhã, quanto janta são de excelente qualidade. Atendimento impecável tb. O chuveiro é elétrico, mas com pressão razoável.

A localização para os nossos compromissos foram boa.

Não achei limpo, estava com bastante poeira, tinha bastante mofo no banheiro, a janela dava para um espaço todo mofado, além de ser tudo antigo no quarto, a cama bem barulhenta não dava para se mexer.

Excelente custo beneficio
Pros:

Hospitalidade, limpeza, ducha ótima,custo benefício.

Cons:

Ter que deslocar a outro prédio para ter um excelente café., mas a distância é super curta. E o café é maravilhoso e o ambiente excelente.

Creio que este hotel pertence ao Faial, pois tem o mesmo estilo de acomodação e o café da manhã é servido no hotel Faial, que é bem próximo

Pros:

I stayed in this hotel previously, according to this category it is a very good place for staying. The staff is really nice and ready to assist the guests. For this reasons it is a place that I will countinue staying when I visit Florianopolis
