A acústica do prédio é péssima. Ouvimos barulho o tempo todo. Inclusive de pessoas transando. Fizemos uma solicitação ao funcionário e não fomos atendidos. Dizia que não podia fumar, mas o quarto tinha cheiro de cigarro. Experiência péssima. Jamais voltaremos

Precisei passar um tempo na recepção informando dados e estava cansada da viagem, podiam ter adiantado por e-mail whats. A limpeza deixou a desejar. O quarto que fiquei parecia que precisava de reforma ou limpeza pesada.

O único ponto negativo foi do café não ser servido no próprio hotel, mas nada que prejudique a avaliação, pois o café é serviço no outro parceiro que fica na esquina, pretíssimo.
