O recepcionista mega simpático, nos deu alguns detalhes foi muito acolhedor e até nos colocou num quarto com vista para a baía, que ficou disponível de ultima hora. Amamos a cortesia... Tambem gostamos muito do silênciodo hotel, e da vizinhança.

Imagine que não tem como chegar e parar o carro, rua estreita e lado esquerdo tomado por automóveis. Uma só pessoa, que as vezes não estava na recepção. Uma pia de banheiro minúscula (só vendo) onde não cabe, sequer, as palmas da mão. Se liga p alguém atende em outro hotel. Na madrugada (03 hs), na ausência de Uber, o hotel não conseguiu falar com nenhum ponto de táxi, nem radio táxi. Enfim.

Custo ok. Cuidado com a limpeza precisa melhorar
Pros:

Localização é boa, acesso pela rua lateral a Felipe Schmidt. O atendimento dos funcionários é excelente, resolveram rápido meus problemas.

Cons:

A limpeza deixou muito a desejar. Ao pegar a roupa de cama a mesma estava suja e com forte cheiro. Não foi lavada e deixaram no guarda roupa. Péssima experiência.

para turismo não é bom, mas para negocios, vale a pena
Pros:

Fui para correr a maratona de Floripa, entao a localização favoreceu. Nao tem cafe da manha , mas há a possibilidade de fazer essa refeição no hotel parceiro em frente.
Quarto de tamanho bom, chuveiro quente.

Cons:

Pouco escuro o quarto, barulho a noite nos corredores ate na madrugada. Nao ha no quarto chaleira para fazer cafe ou cha, tem que se descer a recepção. Limpeza media. Nao ha academia e nem piscina
