Location, decent breakfast, AC in the room

Cons:

Mattress was horrible. Both sides of the double bed had dimples so one woke up completely wrecked and in pain.

Staff very apologetic, but obviously banging on the door at 2am unerved me

An obvious mistake was clearly made by the staff who inadvertently checked me into someone else’s room, they turned up, however at 2am I had an aggressive night porter banging on my door demanding to see my passport and claiming I wasn’t the person I said I was

O hotel é bom, no geral. O quarto é simples, mas funcional. Os funcionários são atenciosos. A localização é boa, próxima dos terminais de trem, de restaurantes e comércio.

Cons:

Se comparado ao padrão de um hotel 3 estrelas como está classificado, fica um pouco abaixo. A recepção é no restaurante, o elevador é nos fundos e precisa pagar 10 centavos para utilizar. São detalhes que fazem a diferença. Mas no geral, é um bom custo benefício.
