Boa estadia! Pontos fracos todo hotel tem.
Pros:

Banheiro espaçoso. Cama boa. Tamanho bom do quarto.

Cons:

O acesso às suítes é no corredor lá no fundo, parece que estamos indo pro quartinho dos fundos. Achei até que estava no lugar errado, entrando na área da cozinha algo assim, o elevador antigo não condiz com o hall refinado. Dai acessa o quarto que não é tão moderno quanto aparente nas fotos mas é justo. Pela pontuação do hotel e imagens da entrada do hotel, esperava mais. Mas no geral é bom. Eu procuraria mais opções mas não negaria voltar pra esse hotel. A equipe é bacana!

O café da manhã é realmente muito bom. O hotel é muito bonito e localizado bem no Centro de Floripa. Achei o preço justo também. Voltaria mais vezes.

Prazerosa.
Pros:

O acolhimento dos garçons, todos muito simpáticos e gentis, tanto no jantar como no café da manhã.

Cons:

No café da manhã, os bolos estavam secos e as fatias de pão ressecadas.
Nosso quarto ficava no 10º andar. Quando saíamos do elevador, o corredor era muito escuro e a luz demorava para acender.
