My stay was great and i,hope i,will come gain whenever i,visit china especialy hangzhou
Pros:

The breakfast has more choice and good location ,seating arrangement was ok the resultant was big enough to accommodate most of tenants at hotel the selection of menu was different every day

Cons:

The hotel need to have available transport for the guest take them from airport and sending back to airport also if they need transport to have tour to the Hangzhou city

Pros:

I like the hotel. Clean. The staff is really welcoming.

Cons:

The location. And on my second stay, the reception told me they offered me the breakfast for free but the next day, it was marked I did not pay. The reception forgot to update. This is one rare occasion though as I did previously get a free breakfast from another receptionist.
