Pros:

Søde medarbejdere! Men tjenerne virkede meget usikre / urutinerede. Hyggelig atmosfære. Dejlig have og flot udsigt.

Cons:

Vi ventede 1 time og 15 minutter på en pizza margarita. De øvrige 2 pizzaer kom 20 min. før. Der var ikke mange mennesker i restauranten. Vi fik også en risotto, hvor risene ikke var kogt.

La posizione è sicuramente un punto forte e la vista è molto bella. Anche il servizio dei camerieri è stato gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte come appoggio per una gara di trail running, ma purtroppo l’esperienza è stata molto deludente.
Ci è stata assegnata una camera normalmente utilizzata dal personale (cosa che non ci era stata comunicata). La pulizia della camera lasciava parecchio a desiderare... abbiamo trovato capelli nella doccia e il dispenser dello shampoo per capelli era completamente vuoto. Anche in generale la sensazione entrando in camera non era quella di un ambiente particolarmente curato e pulito.
Abbiamo inoltre riscontrato diversi problemi: la presa del comodino, appena collegato il caricabatterie, si è spostata/incassata nel muro e ha smesso di funzionare. Per quanto riguarda la doccia, l’acqua ha impiegato circa 5 minuti prima di diventare calda.
Il problema più grave è stata però la totale mancanza di insonorizzazione della camera. Si sentiva praticamente qualsiasi cosa: voci, passi, movimenti nelle camere vicine e persino le persone ai piani superiori che facevano la doccia. A questo si aggiungevano rumori provenienti dalla hall, probabilmente legati a pulizie o attività notturne. Il risultato è stato che abbiamo dormito circa due ore e siamo arrivati alla gara completamente stanchi e senza energie.
Detto questo, per una struttura che ospita persone che magari devono riposare in vista di eventi sportivi o di una sveglia presto, la qualità del soggiorno dovrebbe essere ben diversa. Per chi cerca tranquillità e un buon riposo, soprattutto prima di una gara o di un’attività impegnativa, non mi sento assolutamente di consigliarlo.

De mooie authentieke villa in een prachtige omgeving.

Cons:

De obers wisten nog niet goed wat van hen werd verwacht. Ontbijtbuffet: brood was op, eitjes waren op...werd niet aangevuld als je het niet ging vragen. Het personeel moest je niks vragen voor hun shift want oei oei oei....dat was te veel gevraagd. Je moest maar geduld hebben. Jammer dat er geen airco was.

Subito fuori Agordo, ma a due passi dal centro, in una zona verde e stupenda, arieggiata, con zona piscina-relax in mezzo a degli alberi di melo meravigliosi. Consigliatissimo.

Cons:

La nostra stanza un po' più datata rispetto alla struttura in generale, comunque decisamente confortevole

Schöne, stilvolle alte Villa mit tollem Garten, Pools und gutem Restaurant.
Pros:

Der Garten, die verschiedenen Pools, das Frühstück und das Restaurant waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und konnte uns bei vielen Fragen weiter helfen. Abends gab es an dem Abend eine PoolParty mt vielen jungen Leuten. Aber um 1:00 war auch Schluss, also kein Probelm (Hotelgäste durften ohne Eintritt zu der Party, also habe wir uns sponatn unter das Partyvolk gemischt…gute Drinks und friedliche Stimmung)

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas altmodisch eingerichtet, im Stil aber durchaus passend zu der gesamten Villa. Duschen könnten mal renoviert werden.
