Stayed there for position of hotel but maybe look elsewhere next time

It is great place to get to seafront

Cons:

Booked a disabled space for parking as my wife has MS and had also broken her foot the space was marked with our name but someone else had parked in it. When asked reception on day of arrival about it told it was not a car on their system so basically unlucky. The car was clearly a guest in one of the sister hotels as the next day saw a family at the car who then when into the other hotel. Room was cold when we got there no heating on and so was the bar.

Was ok but paying more for a view was disappointing nasty nets and seal had gone so condensation so not great view

Central to the town
Aztec cafe/bar nice

Cons:

Definitely needs new curtains many holes, carpets also need replacing in many areas..
A brush to outside areas wouldn’t go amiss, I’m aware it’s winter but very messy!!

I liked my stay
Pros:

Generally clean,spacious, easy to reach the beach . Food was good

Need more lifts as we had to carry the pushchair up and down all the stairs lifts would’ve been a massive help!

Swimming wise lovely, everything else, not so lovely.

Kids enjoyed the play area and the swimming facilities.

Upset that we had to pay £40 extra for breakfast, would've been £80 but didn't want to pay for two nights as that's alot of money.

Door kept making a noise everytime another door opened which meant we thought people were coming into the apartment.

My partner and myself got bitten by something over night (partner on chest / back) mine is on my chest. Spoken to someone about it and they didn't say much. Really upset by this.

I booked this apartment/hotel entertainment for my kids to get away on holiday for Christmas unfortunately there was absolutely nothing to do for the kids for the day. No entertainment for the kids for the day wouldn’t recommend this hotel for children. especially the older generation just moaning about the kids trying to enjoy What was there?
