Cons:

The room was really bad. I did not expect too much for the price but it was beyond expectation. The bad was killing, bathroom, too.I think this room was not refurbished after the 2nd War.

Excellent value with lots of facilities.
Pros:

Excellent value for money, very good breakfast, lots of parking, central location, excellent spa and treatments, and very helpful staff.

Cons:

Probably being a bit harsh here as we stayed when there were record high temperatures. The room we were in didn’t have air conditioning but did have a fan and we got an extra fan from the staff.

Pros:

Breakfast was amazing but I really didn't enjoy the cleanliness in our room there was mould around the bathroom and swimming facilities were closed

Cons:

Indoor pool was closed day we arrived due to renovations issues with paint but it did reopen following morning and was ok although still quite a lot of scaffolding around pool

Nappy was left in a bag in corridor stinking out corridor but reception staff did attend to it but had to ask them second time to do it but may have been because they couldn't find which corridor it was

I found the mattresses a little uncomfy probably an old mattress

Everything felt quite dated and needed some work doing to it

First time there really enjoyed the swimming pools and plenty of choice of foods.
Pros:

I liked the fact that there was 4 hotels all in one and there was plenty to do

Birthday weekend away.
Pros:

Lovely spacious family room. Only 2 adults. Amazing outdoor pool. Good entertainment. Booked room only ate at different restaurants . Bonus was brilliant weather.

Cons:

Bit dated, but it's an old building. Have visited many times.
