Séjour de 2 jours au Val d'Aoste
Pros:

Bonjour à tous, avec mon fils, nous avons vraiment bien apprécié l’établissement, son architecture, sa décoration, l’accueil, la Patronne (toujours à l’écoute, prompte à rendre service avec le sourire, conseils, support) qui, pour poursuivre le travail et la passion de son père, a lâché son cabinet d’architecture pour prendre le flambeau d’où que l’endroit a pu profiter de sa créativité. Je tiens cette information de la Tante Mini, que nous saluons et que nous avons également eu plaisir de connaître.

Nous n’oublions pas de remercier l’ensemble du personnel visible et invisible, vraiment rien à redire, toujours à l’écoute et prompte à rendre service avec le sourire.

L’établissement Maison Tissière est très bien tenu et propre dans un très bel endroit.

Nous avons profité du spa et de la piscine.

L’endroit est pratique pour visiter le Val d’Aoste.

Chambres spacieuses qui correspondent bien aux photos du site, très propres avec un balcon qui donne sur la montagne et sur un magnifique décor.

Nous recommandons très fortement cet établissement avec ses bons services.

Per chi ama la tranquillità
Pros:

Staff della colazione: gentili, ci siamo sentiti ben accolti da loro. Stanza e bagno grandi. Ottima posizione tranquilla e isolata. Pulizia nella norma.

Cons:

La camera era fredda. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare l'attivazione del riscaldamento, ci è stato risposto molto perentoriamente che c'erano 20 gradi, ma non potevamo ne' controllare ne' gestire il caldo in camera. Leggendo a posteriori altre recensioni, abbiamo notato che il problema della temperatura è stato piu volte sollevato.
Il piumino sul letto assolutamente insufficiente per la stagione di fine inverno: abbiamo dovuto chiedere due coperte in più.
Letto un po' duro.
Accoglienza molto formale e poco friendly.
A parte ciò, ci siamo meravigliati nel leggere tra le recensioni, varie risposte del gestore che, lungi dall'entrare nel merito delle problematiche evidenziate, sono apparse solamente indispettite e poco cortesi.

It is a nice little hotel BUT!

Cons:

1. You really can not sleep in the rooms on the highest floor. The accustic is terrible. You really hear when ladies next door are flushing the toilet, not speaking of when they are talking (it does’nt metter that they are Italians and speak loud. Fish, you hear when they are brushing there teeth… do not sleep on that floor!

Amazing stay, amazing customer service
Pros:

The owner was amazing in sorting out everything for our group including non-pork menus. She could not do any more for the whole group and there were 17 of us including children and it reminded me that you get your customer service ride and people will keep coming and I just wanted to take the time to say a big thanks again too the Owner for making our stay the most comfortable. Worth noting that the half board is very good. The dinner is exceptional and changes every day with high-quality food served.

Cons:

Very little not alike in this place. But it is a little bit tucked away which is reflected in the price during the ski season but if you have car, you can get yourself pretty much the village, there is a nice pizzeria locally, et cetera.
