Economico, ma pochi servizi.
Pros:

La posizione, molto vicina alla città vecchia di Gallipoli.

Prezzo economico.

Cons:

Quasi tutto, a partire dalla difficoltà per pagare: nel momento della prenotazione era specificato che il pagamento sarebbe avvenuto in struttura, per poi addebitare sulla mia carta prepagata senza preavviso; specifico che la carta era scarica perché non attendevo altri pagamenti programmati. Contatto la struttura per recuperare il pagamento, mi viene spiegato che avrei dovuto comunque pagare in anticipo: ricarico la mia carta dell'importo comunicatomi al telefono, ossia privo di tassa di soggiorno, ma nonostante ciò la prenotazione non viene pagata perché l'importo addebitato è superiore rispetto a quanto comunicatomi, avendo incluso la tassa di soggiorno nel pagamento. Pagheró in struttura, rigorosamente in contanti perché nel 2025 la struttura non ha il pos.

La camera angusta, arredamento datato, angolo cottura nascosto in un armadio, poco accessoriato e di dubbia pulizia. L'unico bagno cieco, che dire pulito è un complimento.

Habitación principal solo ventanas fijas a un pasillo era un encierro
Baño muy chico incomodo
Muebles básicos cero decoración
Utensilios pocos y mala calidad sin accesorios como mantel o individuales etc etc
Las fotos del departamento piso 1 número 4 no son la realidad que vimos al llegar y estar ahí
La dirección real no es la que aparece es en la calle paralela atrás

Appartamento molto grande e confortevole, spazi ampi e luminosi. Host molto gentile ci ha dato l'accesso anche alla cucina per poterci preparare la colazione al mattino. Super consigliato

Posizione, dimensioni delle camere, il bagno un po' piccolo, i letti comodi

Cons:

Le camere ed il bagno non erano molto pulito, polvere negli armadi e comodini e sulle piastrelle del bagno. Gli accessori del bagno sono da rivedere.
