All good. Wished we could have stayed longer.
Pros:

Newly refurbished room. Excellent. Friendly helpful staff and excellent meals.

Cons:

Any dislikes are being addressed on ongoing upgrades. !

Pros:

From the moment we walked in the door till the minute we left we were made very welcome. The room was roomy and comfortable. Our dinner at the restaurant was delicious and breakfast had more selections than any we have had before. Thank you so much for such an enjoyable stay. Wished we could have stayed longer!

Very welcoming hosts made my stay on my own really enjoyable
Pros:

Breakfast was lovely.
Single Room was adequate.

Cons:

Need underlay on the stair case to reduce the noise when going up and down to the room.

Shower grout and silicone could do with renewing as black in parts.

Pros:

I have stayed several times before so knew the hotel well already, clean and comfortable room, friendly helpful staff, ideal location close to centre of Nairn but quite enough also.

Cons:

Found the ceiling light a bit too bright.
