Everything was nice, but the air conditioning fan has no relation to the thermostat temperature. Set thermostat on 23 and i wake up and the room is 17.
It was a pleasant stay. The hospitality was great.
I checked into the hotel room on 6th June and was assigned a room in the evening on the 3rd floor. I returned back to the room late at night and to my surprise one of the hanging lights would not turn off at all. I raised the issue with the front desk and they assigned a technician to resolve the issue. The technical staff said that the issue is with black box which controlled the lights. The staff instead of trying to resolve the issue went ahead and started to remove the bulbs to switch off the lights. This experience was terrible. The hotel then shifted my room to the 6th floor. The bathroom was very smelly and the shower button was not functioning. The bed lamp bulbs were faulty.

I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton Pune – Chinchwad and was thoroughly impressed from the moment I arrived. The check-in process was seamless, the room was of excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel reflected a genuine commitment to hospitality.
A special mention must go to Ms. Simran from the Executive Lounge. Her professionalism, warmth, and attentiveness made every interaction a pleasure. She truly embodies the spirit of hospitality and is a real asset to the hotel and the Hilton brand.
As a hotelier myself from London, I deeply appreciate the passion and dedication it takes to deliver such an exceptional guest experience. Congratulations to Mr. Khizer Khan and his team for creating such a welcoming environment and maintaining such high standards.

On avait pris cette hôtel pour sa piscine et son bar sur le toit, et quand on est arrivé c'est en travaux de septembre à mars 2024.
Je ne comprends pas comment Hôtels.com peut mettre cette hôtel en ligne. Je suis resté 4 nuit. C'est pas un 5 étoiles, car il n'a pas les prestations, je demande un remboursement partiel de mon séjour, ça j' ai été tromper sur votre site. Je suis en colère.

Property is overpriced for its general condition. Rooms are worn; furniture looks tired; and even the layout of lighting is confusing. Internet sucks and breakfast the worst offering for a 5-star hotel in India. Management seemed to want to ameliorate but their service model catering to business travelers on short trips won’t allow them to do much more. Overall a disappointment and Hilton should be mindful about its brand being tarnished by such sub-par hotels.
Invoicing was not been done properly, multiple times the F& B invoice's had to be corrected as overcharging was happening, at the time of check out I was told settle the Previous stay at the property, which as a matter of Fact was My Visit to this property currently. What would call this ?. Absolutely unethical
