Pros:

El personal muy amable y preocupado.

Cons:

En mi cama había un pelo cuando llegamos y estaba mal hecha, sábanas cortas. El frigobar tenía olor a pescado. Por último los precios del restorán eran muy elevados.

Lovely hotel to highlight your stay
Pros:

Spacious public rooms nicely appointed, restaurants and bars on site and nice lounge

Cons:

Nothing. It was pretty well thought out. If I’m being nitpicky, the makeup mirror in the bathroom is wonderful it only if you happen to be 6’ tall. If you’re average height it’s pretty useless.

La ubicación es buena y la infraestructura está bien

Cons:

No me gustaron los alimentos ni bebidas, además de ser muy caros. No me gustó la propuesta del restaurant ni la atención del personal. La piscina y los espacios al aire libre poco confortables, las toallas viejas. No hay “experiencias” proporcionadas por el hotel

Acomodação muito boa!

Demais instalações: não fomos comunicados no momento da reserva sobre o na funcionamento do Skybar (em reforma) e da sauna a vapor (fora de serviço).

Personal de recepcion poco amable, ponen problemas con parking, no respetan las reservas del bar y spa, piso superior de habitacion habian eventos con bulla, bar piso -1 con eventos, no se privilegia al huesped, el desayuno bueno pero poca fruta y pasteles, basico, pedi alargar mi estadia y me querian hacer check out primero, insolito

Did not have natural ventilation. The room sometimes felt we had lack of air. AC did its best.

Good start to our holiday.
Pros:

Big, and spacious. Rooms were big and comfortable, plenty space and I would say almost all of them have amazing views looking over the city.

Cons:

We had a “ conference room” breakfast, which was very unexciting.
