The beds were very comfortable and the view was gorgeous

Cons:

We purchased the room plus M club expecting that we could use all of the M club services during our stay. It would have been helpful to know that Hors d'oeuvres, dessert and breakfast were not served on the weekend as this is the reason we paid extra for the M club.

How welcoming the staff is and how beautiful the hotel is it was our first experiance at a Marriott and it was the best experiance

Cons:

The hot tub could have been way warmer it was luke warm on the cold side

The shampoo was super nice. I want to buy it.

Cons:

The beds were really, really hard. I had trouble sleeping. I guess I don't know what you guys could do about that, but I wanted to mentioned it.
