The shampoo was super nice. I want to buy it.

Cons:

The beds were really, really hard. I had trouble sleeping. I guess I don't know what you guys could do about that, but I wanted to mentioned it.

Good breakfast had to wait like 15 minutes for silverware tho

Cons:

Pool and hot tub extremely small and crowded. Floors in the lobby wet from pool almost fell. And elevator was a long wait everytime. Room very small and not enough towels.

Pros:

Breakfast buffet was excellent. And the bar was open and champagne and cranberry was available.

Pool was wonderful and clean.

Linens and bedding were very nice. Whole experience was excellent.

Excellent Customer service
Pros:

Breakfast was provided for the Sparkler Softball players. It was located in a large conference room separate from the other guests. It was really good and the customer service was excellent!
