From the restaurant to the shower, all Top Notch!
Pros:

I know that's a strange way to title a review but I drove 7 hours to get to this hotel and all I wanted to do was eat and take a shower. The restaurant on site was attended by a very capable team member named Camille. Normally I get the burger or the cheesesteak but she suggested I try the chicken wings. Being from New York the birthplace of chicken wings. I'm usually skeptical about everybody else's wings, but this restaurant knocks it out of the ballpark. These wings were very tasty. Just the right amount of heat. Service was super fast even though the restaurant had quite a few people in it. So it's off to the people behind the scenes as well. As for the shower, it is a full force full shower that most people can only dream of. It was a fitting end to a long drive. Especially navigating route 270 to 495 to 95 South to get to this hotel. The shower was a welcome and satisfying experience. If you stay at this hotel, be sure to take in the restaurant. Top notch staff and food.

Decent place that could do a couple things better.
Pros:

The check in and breakfast staff were very friendly and the shower preasure was good.

Cons:

The pillows were terrible, no substance at all, and the bed was pretty hard. The parking lot was full of snow and ice and very little clearing was done to allow for parking or walking.

A Must Stay Off Highway
Pros:

The suites in lobby are gorgeous. Friendly, helpful staff. Fitness center 24 hours a day but pool is closed till March. Free breakfast. There is a parking charge. Some of the vents in the room are loud as air comes out. Modern furniture and appliances. Looks huge from the outside and close to everything that you would need.

Wonderful Hotel and Staff is AMAZING!!!
Pros:

This hotel is wonderful. So much to praise! I visited for a corporate meeting and as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted by several staff members welcoming me. I am only a Gold member and they treated me as if I was a Diamond Elite! The rooms are so nice I could move in there! The restaurant was amazing, the banquet staff....amazing even engineering greeted me at one point. I was so impressed, I started taking names. These are just a few of the employees that I could get their names: Cassandra Lopez, Valentina Meija Carmen Rivera, Dino Delgadillo, Brandy Gonzales, Mohammad Qureshi, Suraya Abdulahi and Richard Hicks. My Star was the Chef....Chef Byron Molina. I eat my meat well done and he did not make any remarks like I usually get. He cooked it perfect. Came to my table and introduced himself and asked how my dinner was. WOW!!! Ever in the area....your loss if you don't stay here!

Relaxing and comfortable accomodation.
Pros:

It's a nice place to relax and, at the same time, conduct my business. The place was nice and clean. The staff was very nice and helpful. The restaurant was inside the building, and the breakfast was delicious.

Cons:

They were doing maintenance in the swimming pool during our stay.
