We really liked the staff people and all the people at the front desk. They were really nice, polite, friendly and helpful. They were very nice to talk with and helped us out and gave us information about the city, the area and the businesses. Also, they were helpful about the job situation/employment and the activities in the area.
My husband talked with the one of the main managers in charge of the Maintenance Dept. about a job at the hotel. Hopefully, he will be able to get a job at the hotel in Maintenance. We want to relocate to Rapid City and we are both looking for jobs there. He is looking forward to hearing from the manager this week to possibly work at Baymont so we can move and relocate to the city soon.
We would definitely stay at Baymont Hotel again sometime in the future if we need to travel to Rapid City again before we move. The hotel was very nice and very pretty. We loved our stay here for this trip! It was great, especially with the gorgeous views of the Black Hills from our top floor room! Rapid City is a beautiful place.
There was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel at all. We would recommend this hotel to anyone who is coming into the city looking for an affordable, really great hotel. Our stay at the hotel could not have been better.
The location was good along with the room. It was clean.
The breakfast was just ok. The pillows were terrible. The furniture seemed outdated. And for a king size room very outdated.
Bryan in the breakfast service was amazing! Great conversation with Bryan, made our day start off Great!! He's a jem :)
I come to the Baymont quite often. And honestly it is very upsetting to see the biscuits and gravy have left. Everyone loves y'all's biscuits and gravy and that's one of the reasons we stay here over other hotels.
Great rates, great rooms, great staff
The staff is so friendly. We went back a few times within the week and they were just as kind as the first day
Front desk help was fast and helped with a bottle opener. Bryan at breakfast was great with the diners.
