Wonderful and our 3 kids enjoyed the breakfast the comfortable beds
Pros:

Loved how the staff was easy to work with and very accommodating

Cons:

The highschoolers running around and breaking stuff was all we disliked and the small pillows.

Pros:

So hotel room had no coffee pot in it. The carpet was stained and old. There was a chair in there that was dingy looking and old and stained. The plug had a broken prong from a cord stuck in it and was clearly not safe to use. The front desk staff was in the back majority of the time. You had to call on the phone and speaking of phone ours did not work in our room. Oh and another thing they just let random rooms charge on peoples rooms without asking the name. Someone charged 14.00 on our room for beers and we had no idea until we looked at our bank account. Oh and the ice machine that they say works on the 2nd floor isn't working! Very ran down motel!!!
Would I refer this hotel to anyone. NO I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Would I ever use this hotel again absolutely NOT!!

Great experience- will be our go to place when in the area
Pros:

Hotel was clean and quiet. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good (waffles- with toppings, eggs, sausage, cereal, fruit, muffins, bread) Bryan did a great job making sure everything was always stocked and we had what we needed.

I would book a room again and again with my family. I do recommend to everyone I know.
Pros:

We enjoyed the pool, the beds are comfortable and the washer and dryer were very clean as well.

Cons:

The room did have a weird odor to it. The pool didn’t have any towels.

Overall, we were happy with our stay.
Pros:

Room was nice. Good breakfast.

Cons:

Room service was not great. Had to go to the desk to ask for new TP, shampoo, etc, even after filling out the form for new supplies.

For the money, decent value.
Pros:

Price was best for Rapid City. Very convenient location. Staff was excellent. Check in check out process was simple and fast. Cookies at check in were a nice touch. Breakfast in am was fresh, hot and plentiful. Many excellent options. Coffee was just okay. The room was spacious and comfortable for up to two guests. The furniture is well past needing replacement. Worn and dirty. The walls need to be painted. In room maintenance is lacking.

Das Hotel hat einen guten Standard geboten. Das Frühstück und die Parkplatz-Situation waren gut. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Hotel ist von stark befahrenen Straßen umgeben und somit gibt es keine Möglichkeit für einen Spaziergang.
