Good location for Rapid City airport but indifferent staff + no working elevator
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and clean. Location is about as close as one can get to Rapid City airport, which was important to us since we had early AM flights the next day

Cons:

The only elevator was not working and our room was on the 4th floor, which meant we had to haul our luggage via the staircase. Also, there were no free cookies available in the lobby when we checked in at around 4pm and the staff had no interest in preparing any for us.
