Pros:

Location is great-- just a few turns from the interstate. (After reading other reviews-- please look at a map before booking because Needham is a suburb and requires a car. I can't believe so many people complained about this.)
Because of this, the hotel location is quiet.

Having a kitchen in the apartment was so helpful for that bit of comfort.

There were three of us-- two used the king bed and I slept on the couch.

Room was not made every day.
Personnel at from desk gave more attention to their mobile phone than the customers. Smile was not easy for some of them.
Presence of dogs. Poor insonorization.

Our stay was terrific!!
Pros:

The staff was very friendly and customer oriented. Suite was huge; air conditioning was great as it was hot, the hotel was quiet, had a nice gym and pool which we used twice with our granddaughter. Would stay there again!!

Cons:

Shower water pressure could be a little stronger.
