Loved it and will definitely be back!!!
Pros:

Great value and location!
Pros:

The room was phenomenal. It was like a studio apartment. Very comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Breakfast area was a bit small for how many people ended up there. It was packed.

The facilities, breakfast were all good.
Cons:

We got little sleep. We stayed there to attend a funeral of a loved one. The person in the room above us kept walking around and his loud footsteps kept us awake. He didn't stop till almost midnight--We were too tired to request another room.

Highly recommended!!
Pros:

I had a wonderful stay recently at the Needham Residence Inn. It was everything I was looking for: super-quiet and clean, nice spacious rooms, no issues with plumbing or heat, and a great free breakfast. And the staff were extremely courteous at check-in and check-out. I highly recommend this hotel.
