Super friendly shop with good quality product

The property is good but the service needs to be better and the staff needs to be more understanding towards couples. I was denied a King bed even after multiple requests. I had to wait for an hour even after 4 pm to get a King bed checkin. The checkin experience was not nice and could be better. I would compliment the food and breakfast spread as it was really good. The rooms were clean and washrooms had all modern amenities.

The hotel is beautiful and rooms are good as well but the checkin experience needs to be better. The staff did not provide me with a King bed upon multiple requests even though I booked a standard room with King bed preference mentioned in my booking. They told me that rooms are allocated on availability and either one of King or Twin room would be provided on hotel discretion. Breakfast was good though.

I found the hotel to be good, but the service could be better. I booked a standard room and had request the King bed as it was my anniversary which I had mentioned at the time of booking, but even after that they were denying availability of the same and were only giving twin bed room. I had to debate with them and had to insist firmly for the King room and also had to wait for a long time. I expected a better checkin experience. Rooms are clean and really good for the price if you find a good deal. Breakfast spread is also very good and everything was delicious. Apart from my checkin experience the stay was really good.

I had a pleasant stay overall. While the hotel does feel a little dated in parts, the amenities are well maintained and comfortable enough for a good stay. The food was genuinely good, with consistent quality and variety.
A special thank you to Amjad Meer from the gift shop for his warm hospitality and excellent service — he truly made the experience more memorable with his friendliness and professionalism.

Go left from the Pari Chowk in Greater Noida, and after 15 minutes of a relaxed drive on a reasonably decent road, you will come across a sprawling set of high-rise properties, on the left side, that stand out from their rather uninspiring surroundings. That’d be the Crowne Plaza complex, covering some 8.5-acres, and consisting of 398 keys, including suites and apartments. There is, in addition, a huge convention center and banquet space to cater to large gatherings.
On the hotel side, there are as many as six culinary venues, serving global delicacies, Italian & pan-Asian specialties, Indian Fine Dining, and a Belgian Beer Cafe. There is, of course, a swimming pool, spa, and a fitness center. No wonder it is a favorite among such corporates as Samsung, LG, OnePlus, Honda, Yamaha etc. who all have their manufacturing facilities close by, or exhibitors who put up stalls at the Greater Noida India Expo Mart.
Mine was a quick, on-the-spur - of - the - moment one-night staycation to celebrate my birthday month. And boy, the hotel pulled out all stops to make that an evening to remember. I first received a call and then an email from Ashi Mathur, Guest Relations Executive, detailing all they could do to make this a great stay befitting my status as an IHG Diamond Elite Member. This included a complimentary suite upgrade, a complimentary birthday cake, a special dinner package, and of course, complimentary breakfast for the two of us the next morning! What more could we ask for?
The suite we got was on the 12th Club floor; so we had complimentary access to the Lounge too, where we had our evening coffee with some chocolate chip cookies. The suite itself was sprawling, with separate seating and bedroom areas. The bathroom was also very well laid out with separate bathtub and rain shower areas. The view from the windows was of the greenery around the convention complex, which was better than the view of the slum-like surroundings on the other side.
We skipped dinner on account of a prior commitment. The breakfast, however, was possibly the best in India and on a par with what we had elsewhere in the world. We had an excellent butter masala dosa with three kinds of chutneys. Idlis were fluffy, and the sambar was quite tasty. The usual cereals, fruits, sausages, bacon, pancakes, waffles … were all there, but what was unique was some five-six Korean specialties! Despite being full, I tried to taste a few, and they appeared to be quite authentic.
We rounded out the breakfast with an excellent cup of coffee and a cinnamon roll. We were then presented with a pastry as a bon voyage gesture by Abhay, which caught us off-guard. And then, 4-5 other staff members along with the chef joined us for a group photograph, which caught us off-guard.
All-in-all, this was a visit that impressed us no end.
If any IHG property wishes to learn how to please Diamond Elite guests, they should come to Greater Noida!

I stayed in Crown Plaza Greater Noida on the 19th of this month with my friend. Well my stay was very short ( overnight). Very comfortable room, good friendly staff, willing to help.I really enjoyed breakfast. I wish them the best wishes.

I recently visited Crowne Plaza Greater Noida and it was fantastic! I had a great server named surendra singh who worked in the F&B department for mosaic and he was absolutely wonderful. Surendra singh was extremely kind and provided a great service; he is a gem of a person. I hope he gets the recognition and praise he deserves from his superiors because he truly did a wonderful job.
