I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at your hotel in Glassboro, New Jersey. Unfortunately, my experience fell far below the standard I expected.
Upon check-in, I was assigned a room that had clearly not been properly cleaned, as there were still dirty cups left behind. Shortly after settling in, I experienced repeated disruptions from an alarm going off continuously. I reported the issue and was moved to another room, but the problems did not end there. The second room had a leak in the bathroom and the issue persisted.
Additionally, on 3/29 of my stay, there was an extremely loud disturbance on the fourth floor. The noise included yelling, screaming, and what sounded like a physical altercation. When I called the front desk to report the situation, I spoke with two staff members The first call I was told security was on the way and she couldn’t do anything and one who informed me that there were no quiet hours and that I would need to provide the exact room number before any action could be taken. This response was both surprising and disappointing, as guest safety and comfort should be a priority.
Overall, the condition of the rooms, the ongoing disturbances, and the lack of appropriate response from staff made my stay very unpleasant. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience and hope that these issues will be addressed to prevent future guests from encountering similar problems.
I would appreciate a response regarding how this matter will be handled.

Got well needed rest, but did not get to enjoy the pool/hot tub. Overpriced and under-caffinated.
Pros:

The location is the most positive aspect of our experience. We needed to be as close to Rowan's campus as possible for an event taking place the next day. We enjoyed the view and the fire pit outside.

Cons:

The pool and hot tub were both under construction, however we were not notified of this before our stay or at the time of check in. We were both looking forward to relaxing in the pool/hot tub, as we are both teachers in need of a little TLC. I feel like the room should have been a little less pricey, considering one of the amenities we are paying to use was unavailable. Further, our room was very dusty (especially around the TV). The TV stopped working twice, froze, and would not reconnect (needed to call maintenance). We were able to get the TV working after 2 hours of turning it off and on again. We were okay with the fact that breakfast was something we needed to pay additional for, but were disappointed to learn that not even coffee was not complementary in the morning.
