Pros:

The space of the room. The bed was comfortable and restroom was big and nice as well.

Cons:

Saw a huge cockroach in the room! After that I was not comfortable with the stay!
Then when me and family were walking up to our room we heard the employees literally fighting! Shouting “let’s take it outside” kids got a little frightened!

BED BUGS!!! We didn't realize it till we had left unfortunately but we got bed bug bites all over our bodies and now dealing with the fact there's a good chance we brought them home 😡😤

Hotel was fine, reservation was unsatisfactory.
Cons:

The reservation through Booking.com was the most difficult I have encountered. I could not call the location and only received one reply email requests. I will not stay at this Wingate again or any other hotel thar requires reservations through booking.com.
