Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff.
Bathroom didnt have a ventilation system.
Bathroom door didn’t close. Only 2 towels for 4 people.

My room smelled like pee and I've never understood why when you book a room online you get a broke down room if I book online I'm probably going to leave a review online
The bar
Cleaning staff woke me up and then didn’t clean my room. Like y’all done woke me up. Come in and clean the room replace the towels

The hospitality was exceptional!!
I didn’t like where I had to pay $100.00 extra for incidentals!!!!!!
Then, it takes you 3-7 business for you to return that $100!!! What happened to the $50.00 for incidentals??
Why spring it up at check out time - rather let one know at time of reservation??
The atmosphere was great but not to sure if I’ll be staying here again, with the $100 incidentals!!!
Location was good and room was clean and bartender was very friendly and nice .
That the elevators were not working and we had people with us with bad knees and made it hard for them to climb we were on the 3rd floor and carrying our luggage down was not a good experience .Our room toilet handle leaked every time we flushed and our refrigerator froze our fruit we brought. And when we checked out 6-27-2026 the receptionist was not friendly didn’t ask how our stay was or good morning I told her about out toilet and it didn’t seem to phase her at all .
