Parking was difficult. It is an old hotel but very roomy and comfortable

The family room was very dated

Nothing.

I felt the hotel in other areas could do with a clean. I accept though that the through traffic must make it hard to keep on top off. I also felt from the two days there that perhaps they could do with more staff? We called in at 2.15 to drop off our cases, in all honestly we were hoping the room might have been ready given the 3pm check-in. But it wasn't ready. We had a lovely walk so it didn't matter.

・Net掲載画像と現在の実際の現場のＧＡＰが大き過ぎる最悪さがあった！館内床､部屋床､とにかく汚い！部屋には髪の毛の固まりが落ちていた｡
・部屋のワードローブに持参の服を掛けようとドアを開けたら､古い家具の匂いとは全く異なり､染み付いた尿のような臭いがブワーッと漂い始め､吐き気を感じ､慌てて閉めた!!
・ワンオペなのか､check-inから朝食､Check-outまで 背の高い１人の女性スタッフが対応､朝食付き部屋代だが､朝食は9時〜10時で開始時間が遅すぎなため､観光開始時間に影響出る！
・check-inの際に女性スタッフから渡された館内利用案内書に相違があった｡朝食は9時前でも希望時間を考慮､と案内書にあり､check-inした日に､我々は明日出発の都合上､もう少し早めに､を言いに行ったら､その女性スタッフが『Sorry､これは今やってない｡自分には子供がいて､ケアをしなければならない』と断られた｡仕方なく翌朝､朝食開始時間の9時に行ったら､同じ女性スタッフが出てきて､今出せるのはパンとスクランブルエッグだけ｡他の物は作れないと言われた｡
衛生面の最悪さ､更にホテルスタッフの都合に合わせなければならない観光客としての苦痛､一泊だったが本当に辛い一夜を過ごした!二度と利用したくない！
せっかくの美しい湖水地方旅行です､宿泊先ホテルは､過去の口コミは良かったとしても現在をチェック､またNet掲載画像に惑わされないよう､良く調べる必要があると実感した｡

The staff member that showed us to our room said we could leave our bags with them at checkout. When we checked out there was no staff in the pub / hotel.

The towels were dirty / filthy.

The bedroom doors are very heavy so when people come back late at night they slam and woke us up several times a night.

Dogs are welcome which is fine. But a dog was loose in the always all night barking and crying. I eventually went into the hallway after being woken up by barking / crying again at 4am to find the dog had poo’d all over the carpet and when I stepped out into the hallway to try and find its owner I stepped in its poo.

The carpets are very dirty and in general the place was dirty.

浴室垃圾桶有香蕉皮

The rugs werent completely clean, and the sofa smelled a bit of smoke - not too bad but my sense of smell is quite sensitive to smoke. The bed wasn't that comfortable, but okay. The shower wasn't working at first but Cas helped me out pretty quickly.
