Haus super, Menschen freundlich, Essen gewöhnungsbedürftig für deutsche Besucher

Das Hotel ist sehr stylisch und geschmachvoll im italienischen Stil ausgestattet.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist für uns Deutsche ungewöhnlich. Es gibt eine reichhaltige Auswahl an sehr guten Kuchen und wenig auf Proteinbasis. Die Salatauswahl beim Abendessen ist auch sehr reichlich , wobei die abendlichen Hauptspeisen eher gewöhnungsbedürftig waren. Aber es gibt in der Umgebung genug Pizzerias, die man nutzen kann.

Cons:

La zona spa con pochissima organizzazione. L’hotel dovrebbe dare i teli da usufruire nella zona spa invece fa usare cose proprie come accappatoio o telo, anche nella zona sauna non è igienico. Acqua della piscina per niente calda oltre a troppa gente che ne usufruisce quindi tutti i lettini pieni e senza posto per appoggiare le proprie cose. Come spa davvero deludente!

Essen war sehr gut, das Personal überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Zimmer sehr schön, angenehm tempariert und das gesamte Hotel sehr stilvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Hochwertiges Holz und warme Beleuchtung bringt eine sehr angenehme Wohlfühlatmosphäre. Das von außen etwas unscheinbare Hotel hat meine Erwartungen mehr als übertroffen. Selbst für Auto und Pferdehänger war ein kostenloser Parkplatz direkt vorm Hotel

termosifoni tiepidi stanza fredda e acqua per lavarsi tiepida tendente al freddo
doccino rotto e muffa nelle finiture del piatto doccia . per raggiungere la spa vi è un corridoio angusto pieno di scale che salgono e scendono.. ma soprattutto gelido, abbiamo preso il colera bagnati in accappatoio .qui mi fermo

Piccola vacanza molto deludente!

Le regole dell’hotelerie del sig Walter :
Colazione senza frutta secca e frutta fresca a parte 2 mele !!!! (Della val di non) troverete dei piccoli panini integrali….attenzione non profumano! Sono gommosi e freddi incredibile🫣
Per cena si e’ invitati ad andare presto perché il buffet finisce e non viene rimpiazzato quindi alle 20,30 si e’ finito di cenare e le cameriere preparano x la colazione e le vedi scappare di corsa a casa…( al mattino ti trovi il formaggio tagliato la sera precedente) ho scelto la struttura 3 stelle conduzione famigliare storica! All’arrivo accoglienza glaciale… tutti i camini e stufa spenti candele presenti ma tutto spento ( fuori -5 gradi) atmosfera fredda impersonale camerieri robotizzati hanno fretta di finire il servizio tu sei in vacanza ma devi fare veloce , non la consiglierei assolutamente una vacanza in questa struttura.
