I was fasting so didn’t have breakfast
The bed wasn’t comfortable at all the mattress was a 4 foot mattress and the bed was double
Lovely staff
Very uncomfortable bed and pillows like sheets of paper.
Underwhelming breakfast.
Very bad surrounding area. I walked from the station which was fine but i did feel slightly unsafe. Talking to people the next day they said its not safe to walk around there.
Everything was excellent
Room was good with a comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean and the bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great for city centre
Unfortunately, it was very noisy (through no fault of hotel) another room made excessive noise to 3am which was heard completely in my room. Could hear morning staff as well from 6:30am so sleep quality was poor. The only thing about the hotel I didn’t like was the pillows on the bed which were too thin. Everything else was good.
Friendly staff for check-in.
Lots of parking.
Relatively clean.
Breakfast delivered to room on time.
It's not a boutique hotel.
Everything feels cheap,
Breakfast omelet was suspect microwaved.
Coffee was disgusting.
Shower didn't work.
Room was tiny in the loft and it smelled.
No radiator - room cold. AC heating didn't work.
Bed had a thin mattress and crappy pillows.
Great hotel lovely staff.
restaurant STILL being refurbished.
I stayed here 6 month's ago
refurbished ingredients then.
It was very clean even though there was renovation work going on,staff were very polite and obliging. The room itself was beautiful.
There was nothing to not like.
Everything
Nothing
Helpful staff. Quiet but quite central location. Interesting decor.
I think the top floor room caused me building sickness due to its low sloping ceiling and step within the room. WiFi was on and off. Cannot hold a meeting.
Not too far from the venue that I went to
My room was closed to front door so hear all to arrived after me and the pillows was to soft for me but I did bring my own firm ones
