Reasonable accommodation but the smell of damp and mustiness was quite overpowering
Pros:

Nice large room and bed.

Cons:

The room smelt very damp and musty. It was a little tired with loose door knobs and locks.

Great stay! Breakfast delivered to your door, comfy beds, great staff!

Comfortable beds , breakfast in bed with hot options available.

We were based on the ground floor right next to the main door to the hall and you can hear everything and everyone

Never Again...
Cons:

Uncomfortable bed, noise all night from what sounded like a washing nachine on a fast spin. Musty, damp smell. Asked to change room, which was just as bad. No eating facilities, so had to walk to local area which is a high crime area, very intimidating. How this hotel is rated as 4 star beggars belief. I would never stay there again and I wouldn't trust Booking.com again. Staff tried, but failed to resolve.

Accommodation fine, but disappointed to discover their restaurant had closed 1 year ago.
Pros:

Room fine. I didn't have breakfast. Easy access by car and on-site parking available - a real bonus.

Cons:

Very disappointed to discover that the restaurant listed/advertised on booking form had closed 1 year ago, so information very out of date. This meant I had to walk into centre for an evening meal, which I was not happy about.
