Pros:

They upgraded our room for free and were in general incredibly friendly, the room was pristine and the breakfast was delicious, very comfortable bed and plenty of room to move about

Walls dirty need painting
Bed was like a ship
No milk for tea
Room wasn't aired on hot day
Darren said bed was dirty I didn't notice that
Very noisy building could hear everyone going kn the all rooms above and around ours

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean. A very comfortable bed and air conditioning (on a very hot night) was an unexpected bonus.
Continental breakfast served in the room.
Staff were very friendly & helpful.

Cons:

Only one set of towels in bathroom (for 2 people). Lounge area was closed tho staff were very willing to find us space to gather together.

Very comfortable, would highly recommend
Pros:

Very clean and spacious room. Huge TV. Super fast internet. Staff were amazing. The breakfast was lovely.

Cons:

Nothing really. If I have to write something, we went out on the night and came back and there was only one parking space right round the back, but it wasn’t really a problem.
