Lovely room, great staff
Pros:

Room was good with a comfortable bed. Exceptionally clean and the bathroom was great. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great for city centre

Cons:

Unfortunately, it was very noisy (through no fault of hotel) another room made excessive noise to 3am which was heard completely in my room. Could hear morning staff as well from 6:30am so sleep quality was poor. The only thing about the hotel I didn’t like was the pillows on the bed which were too thin. Everything else was good.

There are better places to stay for £80 a night
Pros:

Friendly staff for check-in.
Lots of parking.
Relatively clean.
Breakfast delivered to room on time.

Cons:

It's not a boutique hotel.
Everything feels cheap,
Breakfast omelet was suspect microwaved.
Coffee was disgusting.
Shower didn't work.
Room was tiny in the loft and it smelled.
No radiator - room cold. AC heating didn't work.
Bed had a thin mattress and crappy pillows.

Interesting for a leisure stay.
Pros:

Helpful staff. Quiet but quite central location. Interesting decor.

Cons:

I think the top floor room caused me building sickness due to its low sloping ceiling and step within the room. WiFi was on and off. Cannot hold a meeting.
