Great location but with some downsides
Pros:

The location was wonderful and the beds were quite comfortable.

Cons:

The rooms smelled like urine and body odor mixed with cleaning chemicals. The rooms were also hot and stuffy. Our room with the terrace did not feel secure as any of the neighboring apartments could have easy access to the terrace and thus our doors/windows if they were left open.

Top quality, stylish, comfy, wonderful location.
Pros:

Absolutely gorgeous hotel, super comfy rooms. Very stylish. Exceptional location. Great staff.

Cons:

Air con wasn't working. A small bar in the hotel would be nice!

Prima appartement, centraal

Cons:

Gelegen direct tegenover een cafe waar een feest gaande was, keiharde muziek tot over 12 en daarna tot luidkeels gebral tot over 4 uur buiten voor de deur, geen oog dicht gedaan. Receptie aangesproken, wist van niks en nauwelijks excuses of dat er iets ter compensatie aangeboden. Jammer.

Comfortable stay, great location
Pros:

Great central location. Nice rooms, and shower room, with toiletries. Felt luxurious after walking the Camino.
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Was able to leave our rucksacks so we could explore Santiago
East booking system, good WhatsApp communication.

No kettle in the bedroom.
A cold water machine would have been nice
There is a slight smell of damp, but guess this is due to being an old building
