Comfortable stay, great location
Pros:

Great central location. Nice rooms, and shower room, with toiletries. Felt luxurious after walking the Camino.
Staff super friendly and helpful.
Was able to leave our rucksacks so we could explore Santiago
East booking system, good WhatsApp communication.

Cons:

No kettle in the bedroom.
A cold water machine would have been nice
There is a slight smell of damp, but guess this is due to being an old building

Other than the fact that they would not provide a bowl I requested, the stay was pleasant and I would return.
Pros:

Excellent location. Clean and comfortable.

Cons:

I asked for a bowl so I could have some cereal and milk I purchased, as there was a refrigerator in my room. Staff refused my request and handed me a small paper cup instead.

Excellent hotel in the centre of Santiago
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city centre with bars and restaurants close by and only a short walk to the cathedral. The room was clean comfortable and quiet. The staff were really helpful and welcoming, the front doors and room are accessible by a key pad so there's no chance of losing a key. Make sure you book a room with air con as not all do.
