Pros:

Location was right in downtown and rooms were very nice. Air conditioner did not work and no elevator for side of hotel we were on.

Cons:

AC did not work and no elevator.

Great property! Highly recommend for Camino pilgrims once you finish at the cathedral.
Pros:

The room was wonderful - very spacious and beautiful. Included fans in each room which was a nice touch. The bathroom was great and included a hairdryer. The lobby was very comfortable as well.

Cons:

Taxis are unable to get to this location. (we had a hurt pilgrim that needed a reprieve from walking)

Good location, comfortable beds!
Pros:

Good location just a short walk from the cathedral, hotel located opposite a bar which was open late into the night, we had a bedroom located at the back of hotel so not affected by noise from bar.

Cons:

Soap dispenser in shower empty and while showering the water would loose heat and pressure.

Great location, powerful air conditioning, bed linens and attention to detail when cleaning could be improved.
Pros:

The location was great and I appreciated the check in information via WhatsApp.

Cons:

My room was fine and I appreciated the air conditioning. What I didn’t like was that the bed linen covering the bed frame had stains on it - I slept in my sleep liner and kept my belongings off the floor.
