Excepcional - would book again!
Pros:

We loved EVERYTHING. If you’re looking for a quiet escape, this is your place. We celebrated our two year wedding anniversary and Suzanna and the staff made everything exceptional. She aided in helping us book massages and excursions. Jeffry was great and getting us to and from the resort and the sister resort. It was so peaceful. It was everything we needed and more.

Cons:

Loved it all. Would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful 5 days in paradise
Pros:

Affordable place to stay in Provo that also gave access to more expensive resorts. Staff and host Suzanna were so helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Quiet, well maintained, very clean, full kitchen with everything you need. Also Suzanna the amazing host.

Great location, amazing staff and host.
Pros:

Wonderful little boutique resort, with shuttle service to the beach. We had a vehicle so getting to the beach was very easy. The real gem is the host, who made sure I had a yoga mat, some light workout equipment, and even gave me a tour around parts of the island - so kind! Extremely hospitable and made the stay very enjoyable. I stayed over the Christmas holiday, and we received some gifts for our room - which was unexpected and pleasant surprise.

Pros:

This delightful, boutique resort offered a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfectly suited for a relaxing getaway. Though small in size, it was impressively well-equipped—especially the kitchen, which had every essential amenity for a comfortable stay. Meimi, the housekeeper, was truly exceptional—her warm care, attention to detail, and dedication to our satisfaction did not go unnoticed. And Suzanna was incredibly helpful, guiding us through the town with fantastic recommendations for dining and local beaches. We couldn’t be more pleased with our stay—it was a wonderful experience from start to finish.

Pros:

Very nice and friendly staff. Shuttle to the beach and to the sister resort, Kokomo, (this is where we went for breakfast , lunch and dinner most days) is from 9am-5:30pm. Highly recommend for your stay if you are looking for a nice relaxing place, not by the beach, resort.

Pros:

The rooms are nice but a bit “cozy”. That being said, this is a very reasonably priced place to stay. Not much right on the property, but the “sister” hotel 1 mile away has a nice pool and restaurant. With the money we saved (most rooms on the beach are 3x the fees of One On Marlin) we rented a car for the week and got to do some great exploring.

Can’t say enough about the staff. SUPER helpful with recommendations, and answered all our questions. Thumbs up.

Pros:

The property is not near the beach but they have drivers who will take you there. Would recommend renting a vehicle so you're not bound by their schedule. The staff is VERY accommodating and nice making our stay a pleasure. The property worked nicely for us and I would recommend it for those that don't need to be able to step out of their hotel right onto the sand. We liked renting a car and visiting many of the beaches on the island. Taylor beach was our favorite

Pros:

We had such a beautiful time staying at One on Marlin and I’d be back there tomorrow if I didn’t have to work! Thank you so much for the beautiful stay. Easy to get down to the beach, great home base to explore what Turks and Caicos has to offer.

Couldn't ask for better service
Pros:

This hotel option is fantastic for those traveling here on a budget yet also renting a vehicle. The service was fantastic with Suzanne in the front office as well as Meme on housekeeping. This place is quite nice, yet has minimal frills. The sister resort that you can use the pool and restaurant at is just around the corner. The birch access point on the beach is fantastic and adjacent to a high end resort that permits restaurant use (though it is spendy). A very nice grocery store is nearby and you're within 5-10 minutes of most of the great restaurants and you can get to each main ends of the island within 15 minutes as well. Parking is plentiful and the resort also offers to rent cars. Their cars are nicer than what we rented at Hertz which I wish I knew. The beds are so comfy. They have great cable tv options as well as amazon interface. The kitchenette and large fridge make having some meals at your place possible. They also provide daily beach towels. Choosing this place is likely a deliberate choice to save money compared to the oceanfront places, and honestly I am glad we did as I think the experience was just great.

Relaxing Beach Vacation
Pros:

The location was quiet and beautiful. The staff, Wenie and Jefferies, were extremely friendly and helpful. All the amenities were fantastic. WiFi was terrific. And I did my best to be off my phone! We did love that they had lounge chairs and umbrellas at the beach.

A gem - everything you want in an apartment with friendly staff
Pros:

Literally everything about this place is amazing!
Adults only. Quiet. Amazing staff that go above and beyond to help and make your stay as best as can be. Wenie communicated well with quick replies before our arrival despite the time difference, gave really good tips and advice. Suzanne who looks after One on Marlin guests so helpful and friendly.
Best Housekeeping we've ever experienced. Thank you Meme. Daily cleaning and linen change. She makes the bed perfectly and is so proud of the job she does. Even washed up a few bits we left in the sink the one day we didn't do it before leaving the apartment.
Jeffrey, who drives the shuttle cart and looks after the sunbeds/umbrellas on Grace Bay is so lovely and helpful. In fact all the staff there are happy, friendly and such a lovely atmosphere.
Spacious. Here’s some info….
*Super comfy bed – I have a back problem and am careful on accommodation I book. So no issues here at all.
*Very very clean – spotless.
*Kitchen utensils. Washing up liquid land sponge. Cloth Kitchen towel to dry dishes. *Paper kitchen towel.
*Microwave, induction hob, fridge freezer.
*Cool box.
*Iron and ironing board.
*Powerful hairdryer.
*Loads of storage space and drawers.
*In room Safe.
*Beach towels
*Dispensing Soap, lotion, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. My skin is sensitive and used all except shampoo and conditioner without any problems. Smelt nice.
*Beach chairs although bring your own or a beach mat as the ones we used didn’t close easily after using…got stuck due to sand / salt rusting the metal.
Pretty central location…7 mins drive to Grace Bay and Smiths Reef. Sister hotel that has the pool is 3 mins drive. They have shuttle between the hotels and Grace Bay beach – where there are sunbeds and umbrellas.

Accommodation are in two story blocks. There are no lifts and check if they have accessible apartments available before you book.
Plenty of parking.
Any issues we found were immediately rectified without hesitation.

Good food at the sister hotel’s Restaurant ‘Kokomo’ as well as amazing rum punches. The best we had on the island!

Recommend a car if you want to go to beaches and have the flexibility to travel around the island. They drive on the left but weirdly some rental cars have the steering wheel on the left too!

If you’re looking for a serviced apartment with independence and tranquillity, this is the place to book! After going around the island, I still think this is the best place for the price and standard of accommodation.

Sister hotel is 3 minutes drive away with a pool and restaurant - with good food and the best rum punch on the island! Brilliant service from waitress Melanie. Free daytime shuttle between to sister hotel and Grace Bay beach (has sunbeds and umbrellas).
Recommend a car to explore other beaches and have the flexibility to travel around.

Quiet Oasis with Easy Beach Access
Pros:

We enjoyed our time at this hotel! It really is very quiet and relaxing, and fairly centrally located on the island. The rooms were clean and quiet so I never heard other guests when we were inside, other than when the adjoining room opened or closed the front door. (We stayed in room 1061.)
The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to make simple meals to save some money. I also love that they give you a cooler to bring to the beach.
Speaking of, the Bight portion of Grace Bay Beach was a very quick 5 minute drive with ample parking, umbrellas, and lounge chairs. It's next to another property that has a bar and restaurant if you get hungry/thirsty. So really it had everything we needed.
We didn't get a chance to use the pool/hot tub at the sister hotel Kokomo, but it looked lovely and we did eat at the We Market Cafe, which was good.
The host Suzanna was really great--she was very friendly, helpful, generous and responsive.

You don't technically need a car to stay here, as there is a shuttle, though I'm glad we had one so we could go to the supermarket, explore other beaches and not have to be picked up for activities like snorkeling, etc. But if you just plan on hitting the beach for the most part you'd probably be fine without a car.

If I could make any adjustments it would be a solid, rather than a slat door for the bathroom, for privacy and so you don't wake the other person up if you have to use the bathroom in the middle of the night.
