Je suis arrivé, la chambre me convenait pas (lit double au lieu d'un grand lit), je m'en suis ému, ils ont tout de suite réagi et j'ai obtenu satisfaction très rapidement.
Hôtel vieillot, propre mais surtout un établissement qui a une âme avec un personnel agréable et disponible.
Très bien. Personnel agréable. Un peu cher pour le standing de la chambre mais on s’y est pris un peu tard pour réserver!
Le petit jardin a l’arrière doit être très agréable en période estivale ou au printemps.
Hotel in good location for the metro and the east of the city. Old building without a lift but all was ok for one night.

Ok location and near to metro, however the room smelt and the noise from other people using their bathrooms could be heard all day. Room is tiny but it was ok for 1 person, there was a group of us and all the rooms had a weird smell. Breakfast options were basic and machine coffee was poor.

Our room gave on the garden side which was nice and quiet. Garden can be used at breakfast time (weather permitting)

Disappointing and Misleading – Not as Advertised
Unfortunately, the property and room were nothing like what was advertised. The room was extremely small, and the bed was so short that our feet were hanging off the edge. The mattress had a deep slant in the middle, making it feel like we were constantly falling into a hole.
There was no air conditioning or elevator, just a small side table fan that barely made a difference in the heat. We had also requested a baby cot, but it arrived broken and was missing the mattress base — completely unusable.
When we raised these concerns, the response from reception was dismissive. One staff member claimed my English was poor, and another simply said, "This is Paris, that’s what you get." Very unprofessional and disappointing overall.
Would not recommend anyone!

Hôtel bien situé, service 24h/24, literie confortable mais malheureusement pas de climatisation si très grosse chaleur, uniquement un ventilateur dans la chambre.
