Pros:

Relatief rustige ligging. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. De belangrijkste bezienswaardigheden goed bereikbaar. Ontzettend vriendelijk personeel. Schoon. Het kleine zwembad op het dakterras was een pluspunt in de hitte: heerlijk om even af te koelen. Niet groot, maar voor op een dakterras echt prima.

Don’t stay here if you like to sleep
Pros:

If you’re hoping for a good night’s sleep, look elsewhere.
I have stayed in plenty of hotels and understand that some level of noise is unavoidable. People walk around, talk, use the bathroom, and housekeeping has a job to do. None of that is the problem. The problem is that this hotel appears to have virtually no soundproofing whatsoever.
It feels like we were sharing a room with everyone around us. We could clearly hear every footstep from the room above. We could hear people using the bathroom in neighboring rooms. We could hear conversations in the hallway late into the night. We could hear guests returning to their rooms, chatting, laughing, and in some cases partying well past the hour when most people are trying to sleep.
The worst part was the constant slamming of doors. Every time a guest entered or left a room, the doors would slam shut with a loud bang that echoed through the hallway and into our room. It happened throughout the evening, during the night, and again early in the morning, making uninterrupted sleep nearly impossible.
Then, the morning noise begins. Housekeeping vacuuming the vinyl floors sounded as though it was happening inside our room, it just echoes throughout. Guests coming and going, doors slamming shut, people walking overhead it all carries straight through the building.
The room features a sliding glass door between the bed area and the entrance corridor, but it serves little purpose when it comes to noise reduction. It may look modern, but acoustically it does absolutely nothing.
Again, I don’t expect other guests to tiptoe around or avoid enjoying themselves. The issue is not the guests; it’s the building. A hotel should provide a reasonable environment for sleep, and this one completely fails at that basic requirement.
Expect to be kept awake at night and woken up early in the morning. If rest and relaxation are priorities for your trip, I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
