O Hotel tem boa localização mas precisa melhorar muito o serviço.

Da falta de boa limpeza, das baratas no box do banheiro, da cama de casal minúscula( estreita e muito curta), do café da manhã com produtos muito ruins e da falta de água no bebedouro.

Enjoyed our stay but and great location.

Die zentrale Lage. Man hat vieles zu Fuß erreichen können. Auch Metro, Bahnhof sind in der Nähe.

Hotel in pieno centro di Valencia
Pros:

Hotel nel pieno centro di Valencia e nonostante questo non era un quartiere rumoroso o troppo caotico. Sembrava di recente ristrutturazione. Personale gentile e disponibile. Metro, stazione ferroviaria e parcheggio auto molto vicini all'hotel,
Colazione abbastanza varia con dolce e salato; stanza della colazione molto piccola che era necessario giornalmente comunicare la fascia oraria desiderata e così facendo fortunatamente non abbiamo mai avuto problemi di posto ai tavoli. Non sempre però ci facevano unire 2tavoli ma spesso dovevamo stare a due tavoli da due.
Stanza veramente spaziosissima che sembrava un mini appartamento con la camera matrimoniale molto spaziosa tant'è che per paura che le bimbe cadessero dal letto a castello siamo riusciti a mettere i 2materassi sul pavimento ai piedi del letto e nonostante questo rimaneva comunque molto spazio, stanzetta d'ingresso con il letto a castello, stanzetta antibagno con armadio e spazio per tenere le valigie e bagno molto spazioso unica nota negativa doccia con tenda e poco illuminata, con la tenda chiusa era molto buia.
Parcheggio a 5minuti a piedi con una piccola convenzione con l'hotel.

Cons:

Ascensore piccola e vecchia.
Nelle zone comuni come ascensore o corridoio della camera senza aria condizionata e c'era molto caldo.
Nonostante in fase di prenotazione avessi chiesto di NON avere letto a castello per le bimbe ci hanno comunicato che non esistono camere quadruple senza letto a castello, informazione che poteva essere data al momento della prenotazione.
Non so se il problema era l'ultimo piano ma camera molto calda e spengendo l'aria condizionata di notte visto che era puntata sul letto facevamo una sauna ogni notte.

Excellent, brilliant hotel
Pros:

Staff very helpful, friendly and accomodating. Breakfast was everything and more we expected. It was brilliant.

Just the step up near the reception area by the elevator needs a warning sign ( mind the step)
