Cons:

Funcionário da recepção, período noturno, mal educado. Pedi para trocar o quarto devido ao cheiro horrível que estava e não foi possível.
Apenas solicitei o nome dele e não quis fornecer. Como uma pessoa que está ali para atender ao público não pode se identificar?
Apenas subi para o quarto cheirando a podre e dormi em uma cama dura e cheia de buracos. No outro dia, pela manhã, tentaram resolver o problema. Mas era 08h da manhã e só queríamos descansar.
Outro ponto terrível, chuveiro. Pinga pinga!

Fiquei no 7°andar, para chegar precisa pegar dois elevadores.

Ótima localização e café da manhã excelente. Equipe de limpeza todos os dias ativa.

Cons:

O wi-fi é péssimo. Não funcionava no celular e nem no notebook. A rede e a senha estavam corretas, conexão estabelecida, mas não carregava as páginas na web ou mensagens de apps.

Apesar dos atropelos iniciais relatados tudo foi tranquilo após resolver o problema dos quartos

Cons:

Não ter cama extra pra crianças, tinha reservado dois quartos e colocaram uma criança num quarto duplo de casal e a outra no quarto triplo, tive q cancelar o duplo e reservar direto com o hotel um outro triplo, já q as crianças não podiam ficar separadas, e não consegui nenhum contato com o booking pra resolver a questão .
