Pior quarto de hotel em que já entrei. Primeira vez que me deparo com uma situação dessas.

Não aguentei ficar nem meia hora dentro do quarto, enquanto ainda tentava achar uma solução.

Cheiro horrível de mofo e esgoto que não sai de jeito nenhum.

Ar condicionado, do século passado e extremamente sujo, não refrigerava.
Mais quente no quarto do que na rua de Cuiabá.

Não ofereceram troca de quarto, alegando indisponibilidade - ou não valeria a pena pelo preço promocional via Booking.
A "solução" foi o reembolso e eu que me vire para achar outro hotel, à noite, estressado e à véspera de acordar cedo para o motivo de minha viagem.

Atendente sem trato para lidar com a situação e gerente não presente no local.

Precisam interditar e fazer reforma urgentemente em tais quartos, mas optam por disponibilizar o pior lixo já visto para ver se cola com algum hóspede desesperado.

Pior experiência em muito tempo.
Com reforma ou sem reforma, nunca mais volto nesse hotel.

Aliás, a localização também não é boa.
Vejam direito.
Centro deserto, nada de bom próximo, cidade fantasma. Com um quarto decente, nem isso valeria a pena. Livramento.

Bom custo benefício
Pros:

Excelente opção e ótimo custo benefício, em especial para quem vai fazer provas. A localização é excelente, a equipe atenciosa, os quartos muito bons. Sempre que voltar em Cuiabá pretendo me hospedar.

Boa localização, é no centro mas não tive problemas com barulho nem nada assim

Café da manhã nada demais, pao, iogurte, tinha variedade de frutas, o bolo era velho todos os dias se vc chegasse cedo no café, depois das 8 que ia acabando vinha um bolo novo. A toalha mesmo limpa tinha um cheiro estranho, mas foi trocada quando pedi. O chuveiro quente é normal, do elétrico, entao se vc está acostumado aquele banho super quente esqueça
