Náo tem CORTINA QUE DEIXA O QUARTO ESCURO.
O banheiro é amplo, porem o chuveiro deixa a desejar, era uma noite fria e o chuveiro não esquentava bem a agua.

Os funcionários são poucos, não são bem treinados, não sabem gerenciar crise (camareira recolheu cobertor - recepção tinha para repor). Telefone não funciona. Banheiro com vazamento na pia. Banheiro não foi lavado diariamente, apenas recolhido o lixo.
Pagamento no check. Reservei 4 dias, fiz check-out no terceiro e não houve devolução, alegando que só podem deicar de crédito, mas não deram voucher ou qualquer outro documento comprovando o crédito.
