ホテルの前の湖は朝とても綺麗でした。

Cons:

19時ごろにチェックインすると連絡していたのに、19時に行ったところドアが施錠されていました。開けるためのナンバーをなぜ先に教えてくれなかったのでしょうか？
それと部屋は改修が必要です。部屋の中にジャグジーがあるのに換気設備が良くないので、湿度が常に高いです。

Personale gentile, premuroso ed efficiente. La struttura si trova direttamente sul lago e ha una vista fantastica. La camera è pulita e l'idromassaggio è la chicca del soggiorno.

Personale molto simpatico, accogliente, educato e cordiale
Ci siamo trovati molto bene anche al ristorante Arya (fusilloni con gamberi e lime BUONISSIMI)
Il letto della camera molto comodo e la stanza molto accogliente
Sicuramente ci torneremo!!!

* Super emplacement vu sur le lac
* La chambre est bien pensé

Cons:

* Le pack bienvenue a 30 est un peu moyen.. Le petit déjeuner en chambre il y a que des biscottes a la confiture à manger..
* Ce n'est pas très propre ( jacuzzi avec des bout de calcaire partout, il y a des fourmi dans la chambre et dans le lit, un asticots dans la salle de bain... )
* La clim ne fonctionnait pas donc il fessais très chaud dans la chambre..
* On entend la télé des voisins c'est mal insonorisé

Il luogo incanta, la struttura delude.
Pros:

Vista sul lago molto bella e posizione comoda e vicina al Teatro all'aperto Giacomo Puccini per poter seguire concerti/spettacoli.
Buona cena al ristorante dell'albergo.
Gentilissima l'addetta alla reception.

Cons:

La camera non ha soddisfatto le aspettative.
In generale poca cura nell'allestimento della camera e nella pulizia.
La struttura necessita di manutenzione ed aggiornamento.
Colazione deludente.
