Good stay. Loved the whirlpool spa once I understood how it worked.
Pros:

Location to attend the Puccini Festival was perfect. Easy walking to operas and lovely views of the lake.

Cons:

Working everything in the room needed a tutorial. It would be helpful to have an instruction sheet, especially for the whirlpool for controls.

Sensazionale!
Pros:

La signora Leonora e tutto il suo team svolgono un lavoro fantastico. L'hotel è eccellente, offre un servizio impeccabile ed è situato in una cornice romantica sul lago di Massaciuccoli, proprio accanto a Villa Giacomo Puccini e al Gran Teatro all'aperto. La colazione è superba.

Cons:

Una piccola nota: la luce automatica non funziona nel secondo corridoio.

Super Lage für Puccini Festival. Die eigene Romantiklaube im Anschluss an das Zimmer ist toll und war eine echte schöne Überraschung! Je nach Ankunftszeit auch eigener Parkplatz verfügbar - Achtung Freischaltung für Füßgängerzone nicht vergessen!

Cons:

Für erfolgreiche Bestellungen im Reastaurant empfiehlt sich der Onlineübersetzer des Handys oder Italienischkenntnisse - Englisch Fehlanzeige:-)

Pros:

Hotel je situovaný v tichej uličke pri jazere, romantika ako vyšitá. Napriek tomu sú na blízku nočné aj denné možnosti posedenia pri drinku s pekným výhľadom na jazero. Personál hotela bol veľmi ústretový a ochotný. Čo sme potrebovali to sme dostali. Raňajky boli pestré, bolo si treba pýtať z ponuky na papierovom lístku. Základ ako pečivo s pochutinami boli vyložené. Mali sme izbu Bohem s vonkajším altánkom. Bola čistá a denne sa o poriadok starali upratovačky. Z hotela bola dobrá dostupnosť na bus (29,31) ktorý Vás odviezol priamo k vlakovej stanici. Neviem ako to je s parkovaním auta pri hoteli, neboli sme autom.

Cons:

Veľmi ma mrzí zlá skúsenosť s ranným hlukom personálu. Izby nie sú odhlučnené a prvé poschodie to cíti asi najviac. Dvere na prízemí ktorým personál chodi a zrejme chystá raňajky permanentne búchali hádam od 5tej hodiny, bez ohľadu na spiacich hostí v hoteli. Je to naozaj nepríjemné pre každého kto sa potrebuje vyspať. Privítala by som lepšiu starostlivosť o koženkové obloženie vírivky a o podlahy. To že boli všetky časti nábytku kde sa dostala voda rozmočené neovplyvnime, ale ošetriť nábytok a trochu upratať terasy po nočnom daždi alebo vetre by sa hodilo.

Bellissimo hotel, camere spettacolari
Pros:

Ci è piaciuto tutto. Dal primo momento ci siamo sentiti accolti come a casa. La camera è wow, pulizia superlativa e vasca idromassaggio spettacolare. Ci siamo goduti anche la cena direttamente in camera e il servizio è stato eccellente. Per colazione abbiamo trovato un bellissimo buffet con tantissime cose da mangiare

Cons:

Breakfast menu card had photos of berries and fruit, and despite the superb fruits available in local markets, breakfast had no fresh berries or fruit, and no salad vegetables like tomatoes, cucumbers, radish, lettuceetc.
