Complimenti, torneremo sicuramente
Pros:

Mi è piaciuta tantissimo la camera in tutti i suoi dettagli e ovviamente l’idromassaggio. La cortesia e la pulizia sono senz’altro un punto forte. La nostra camera aveva una splendida terrazza sul lago e abbiamo acquistato la cena servita direttamente in camera… Un sogno

Lage super, Zimmer schlecht.
Pros:

Die Lage am See war super schön.

Cons:

Zimmer abgewohnt, Fliesen schlecht überstrichen im Bad.
Wände schmutzig und benötigen dringend einen Anstrich.
Dusche war stark mit Schimmel belegt vor allem am Rand und Bodenlippe der Dichtung.
Funktionalität der Dusche war nicht vorhanden.
Wenn schon Seitensüßen, dann sollten sie funktionieren.
Klimaanlage war nicht spürbar trotz Einstellungsversuche.

Pros:

Un soggiorno semplicemente impeccabile.
Fin dal primo momento mi sono sentito accolto con una cura e un'attenzione davvero rare. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per farmi sentire speciale: dalle splendide decorazioni alle piccole attenzioni quotidiane, tutto è stato gestito con grande professionalità e autentica gentilezza.
Lo staff è stato straordinario: sempre sorridente, disponibile, premuroso e pronto a soddisfare ogni esigenza con discrezione ed eleganza. È evidente quanto amore e passione mettano nel loro lavoro.
Oltre alla qualità della struttura, ciò che rende questo hotel davvero unico sono le persone che vi lavorano. Hanno trasformato un semplice soggiorno in un'esperienza indimenticabile.
Desidero ringraziare di cuore tutto il team per l'accoglienza eccezionale e per avermi fatto sentire non come un ospite, ma come una persona speciale. Tornerò sicuramente e consiglierò questo hotel a chiunque desideri vivere un'esperienza di alto livello.

Weekend sul lago
Pros:

Posizione straordinaria, staff molto gentile

Cons:

Struttura datata, bisognosa di manutenzione. La mia stanza aveva del "nero" da umidità nei punti nascosti della struttura del letto e la vasca aveva bisogno di manutenzione. É utilizzabile, ma con un po' di adattamento.

Pros:

Seconda volta in questa struttura, ho alloggiato in due camere diverse ed entrambe hanno soddisfatto le mie aspettative soprattutto la suite madama Butterfly è molto grande, luminosa e con un bel balcone vista lago. Molto carino il pacchetto con aperitivo, prosecco e candele, vale il prezzo pagato.

Cons:

Tutto bello, unica cosa proprio difficile da utilizzare e alla fine abbiamo rinunciato il proiettore in camera

Eine wundervolle Urlaubswoche
Pros:

Eine sehr gute Lage am See und in der Nähe vom Meer. Ein sehr sehr freundliches, aktives Personal , dass wirklich all unsere Wünsche erfüllt hat ( und uns verwöhnt hat)

Es war alles perfekt für unseren Aufenthalt! Wir kommen gern wieder!

Das Frühstück und der entsprechende Service war nicht gut! Es gab nur Croissant und ein kl. STÜCKCHEN Kuchen oder kl. Pizza und Focchaccio und noch was Fettes! Anfrage auf Brot war erfolglos! Schade!
