Pros:

Locatie is geweldig, prachtig uitzicht op het meer. Wij hadden een kamer aande voorzijde met uitzicht op het meer.Personeel ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Niets is te veel moeite!

Cons:

Kamers zijn gedateerd, wel.netjes en schoon. Matrassen mogen vervangen.

Tutto perfetto e bellissimo! Super accogliente e pulitissimo, cena molto buona con super panorama sul lago!

Cons:

Unica piccolezza il proiettore bellissimo ma il Wi-Fi era un po scarso, quindi non siamo riusciti a godercelo davvero

Abbiamo soggiornato presso l’Hotel Butterfly a Torre del Lago e nel complesso è stata un’esperienza molto piacevole e rilassante. Abbiamo apprezzato in particolare la vasca idromassaggio, perfetta per concedersi un momento di relax.
a cena servita in camera è stata davvero ottima: menù a base di pesce, molto buono e abbondante. Anche la colazione, è stata apprezzata con la possibilità di scegliere tra dolce e salato. Il personale è stato cordiale, gentile e sempre disponibile.
Nel complesso, un soggiorno positivo che consigliamo a chi cerca relax e tranquillità.

Cons:

Ci sono solo alcuni piccoli dettagli che potrebbero essere migliorati, come la luce sopra il tavolo dove si cena, e fuori dove puoi sederti a prendere un pò di fresco e un cestino in camera. Nulla di grave, ma con qualche attenzione in più l’esperienza sarebbe ancora meglio

Pros:

La suite Butterfly era bellissima, completa di tutto, con una vista splendida. Avere una spa privata in camera é splendido. Anche se la sauna ad una certa ora non era più utilizzabile.
Il personale gentilissimo e disponibile,la colazione ottima, ordinata a telefono e arrivata in camera.

Cons:

Poca attenzione ai dettagli, il proiettore non funzionava bene é stato impossibile inserire le applicazioni come Netflix, quindi in pratica uno splendido cinema in camera ma non lo puoi usare come vorresti. Anche il WIFI non prendeva benissimo.
La pulizia non era perfetta, c'era tantissima polvere accumulata su una decorazione sul muro a forma di cuore e sopra lo specchio, di notte si sentiva un pò la presenza della polvere.
Peccato perché per il resto la stanza era bellissima, in generale il bagno la vasca, la sauna, le lenzuola sembrava tutto pulito.
