Amazing location - shot distance to Patong Beach (about 10 min walk) no need to get taxis
Pros:

The location is amazing, only 10 min walk to Patong Beach, which saves you spending money on taxi. Close to markets and touristic attraction ( Bangala Boxing Stadium). The hotel is very clean and good value for money. Would highly recommend it. Would also recommend not to book the breakfast

Cons:

Breakfast options limited, as a vegetarian didn't have options. Only had breakfast once in the week, as I didn't end up having options. The only option were eggs, and more often they were gone, as all guest were having eggs. Also wasn't impress of the lack of logic of placement of the toilet paper holder. The toilet papers holder is se underneath the soap dispenser and next to the shower, ending up getting wet all the time. Had to move it away.

Not what I expected
Pros:

Pool was nice and shaded and not crowded. Staff mostly helpful and friendly. Air conditioner works very well. Fridge is nice and cold.

Cons:

Some incorrect information advertised, no stocked mini bar in the room only an empty fridge. TV reception is dreadful, bed springs sticking into me even with 2 mattress toppers, couldn't supply an extra pillow so I went to BigC to purchase 2. Safety deposit box is just sitting on the bench, bedding not changed during 10 days. No coffee and tea making facilities in the room just a kettle so you have to sign at reception for a cup and spoon.

Served its purpose for one night,you definitely get what you pay for
