Served its purpose for one night,you definitely get what you pay for

Cons:

Room tiny,cleanliness could do with some improvement,breakfast absolute minimum choice,shower soaked the whole bathroom in toilet roll.

Fine if you’re partying all night and don’t want to sleep as location is good. But hotel is noisy and uncomfortable.
Pros:

Close to patong beach so the location is great if you want to go out partying

Cons:

Can hear music and noise all through the night. Stayed on the 5th floor and can hear the road and music / exhausts all night. Walls are paper thin. Hotel room is run down and shower gets the toilet wet which is a weird layout. Bed is uncomfortable. Aircon is very loud. Was cheap at 22,000 thb / night but would have rather paid more and been able to sleep.

Great located but not that well maintained hotel
Pros:

The property locatios is excellent! Its 5 min walk from Junceylon shopping center and local market where you cam buy food. Also, 7 eleven is 2 min walk, two Italian restaurants also, laundry service and scooter rent place
The staff is so nice and kind, very pleasant, 10/10! You can borrow beach towels everyday for free which is also a great thing! And the room has a fridge!
Breakfast is good, mostly thai food but also eggs and some cereals.

Cons:

The fact I didnt like is the cleaness. Towels are old and full of stains and sometimes you get a ripped one. Same thing for the sheets. They do clean your room on a request, but the rooms def need some renovation, its old and not in a good condition. So that is the biggest minus definitely!

The hotel was centrally located. Staff were friendly

Cons:

Over two nights I could hear my neighbours making lots of noise at 2am in the mprning which wwnt for over an hour. Then next night wasnt as bad but was still noticeable
