SENSACIONAL, as pessoas do hotel são MARAVILHOSAS.
Pros:

do pessoal, nunca fiquei num hotel que fui tão bem atendido. Pessoal realmente comprometido em ajudar. Mesmo em favores que não são comuns de um hotel.

Poderia ter luz quente no quarto. Os dois pontos de luz eram muito fortes e luz branca/fria. Não era agradável!

localização, cama grande, tem estacionamento gratuito.

Cons:

o carpete no corredor dos quartos cheira a mofo, não deve ter sido limpo tem muito tempo. Fiquei com muita alergia. Há cheiro ruim no banheiro também. As cortinas e as janelas do quarto não estavam bem limpas e o lençol tinha um monte de furos. Não vale o preço.

Gostei de tudo, recomento. Atendimento excelente, comida muito gostosa. Cha da tarde delicioso.
Pros:

A equipe é maravilhosa, atendem muito bem. Eles ainda deram no dia que estive um um cha da tarde as 17:30 com cafe/ cha, pão de queijo, bolo e agua saborizada. Todo muito gostoso. Achei um diferencial muito agradavel. Jantei no restaurante do hotel e fui muito bem atendida, o prata era delicioso, recomendo, tem varios pratos muito gostosos.

não tenho nada a reclamar. Foi tudo perfeito
