Pros:

I've stayed here every time I'm in Phuket. It feels like home now. The desk staff and housekeeping are great. I will keep coming back when the prices are low.

Cons:

breakfast was bad, The Person in charge of he dining room was on his phone all the time. Even though it was a buffet, you had to ask him for everything, the tables had no condiments , which is unusual for Thailand. just got to a point where i didn't even bother to have breakfast,
I asked for a room on the lower floors because both my brother and i had mobility issues , we were placed on the 6th floor saying they had lift. That night we had to evacuate due to a fire, traversing 6 floors with a crutch was no joke and having to do it down and then up again as the incident occurred was at 2am.
