Posizione ottima vicino alla Reggia di Caserta raggiungibile a piedi. Possibilità di parcheggio all’interno della struttura. Staff molto gentile

Cons:

Camera un po’ piccola e sistema di condizionamento poco funzionante. Letto non confortevole.

Nice Hotel with WEIRD rules.

Price was fair.

Cons:

They make a big deal about promoting their swimming pool. I got to the hotel two hours after check-in started, and was told the pool was closing in 10 minutes. They close it at 6 PM. That’s the most insane policy for a hotel to have. It’s the middle of summer right now, and temperatures are in the mid 90s (37°C) Why would you close your swimming pool THREE HOURS before sunset? The pool was beautiful and refreshing and you felt like you were trespassing using it. I think they do it because they have a very famous pizza restaurant on the premises and they don’t want people out in the swimming pool in the restaurants open. Buy some plants and make a nice screen.

ANOTHER WEIRD THING IS EVEN IF YOU HAVE A TRAIN TO CATCH OR NEED TO GET BACK ON THE ROAD, YOU CAN’T CHECK OUT OF THE HOTEL UNTIL 7 AM. THEY ACTED LIKE IT JUST WASN’T POSSIBLE. SO I HAD TO SIT THERE FOR 90 MINUTES AFTER GETTING READY FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND OPEN THE GATE. ALL IN ALL VERY STRANGE.

Ottima posizione e stanza ampia e comoda
Pros:

La struttura è in ottima posizione per visitare la Reggia e per muoversi nei dintorni. Il personale è stato molto disponibile nel fornirci indicazioni e risolvere qualche piccolo problema che dipendeva solo da noi, la colazione è servita sul terrazzo della piscina ed è molto varia. Abbiamo cenato molto bene nel ristorante. Parcheggio interrato disponibile gratuitamente.

Cons:

Il terrazzo della stanza aveva un muro alto, che però è sicuramente utile per la privacy, visto che si trova in mezzo a condomini.
