It’s ok but needs some work
Pros:

Location & Size of Apartment

Cons:

The room was not very clean & require maintenance to the bathrooms. The spa bath had several of the jets missing or broken and the shower heads not very functional. Also had a cold shower

The location was fantastic. The size of the apartment and balcony was great. Pool looked great. The staff was friendly. The bed was comfortable. access codes not keys are excellent

Cons:

I paid $300 per night on a non peak weekend which was very expensive in comparison with other accomodation in the area. There was one towel per person for entire weekend. No flannels or beach/pool towels provided (that I could see). Having a bit better toiletries, a spare towel, a bit nicer coffee could make a bit of difference. And yes the shower does have mouldy grout that could easily be sorted.

Peaceful, comfortable and affordable for a short break from Sydney
Pros:

We have stayed at Copacabana Shores previously. Everything we need - pleasant sized room, comfortable bed, kitchen and washing machine (we haven't used), a jacuzzi as well as shower and secure parking at an affordable price. Sure there is no "view" -it looks onto the backs of the buildings in the next street, but still pleasant sitting on the balacony in the sun overlooking the pool and only a short walk to the beach. Copacabana beach is lovely and never crowded; the place itself is quiet (cafes open during the day but very little at night) but only a short drive to Avoca (try Saltwater Bar and Bistro) or Terrigal if you are craving more choice and action.

Cons:

We had an issue with the door - difficult to open but this was addressed quickly by the site manager.

Easy to check in, great location. No frills experience - perfect for our stay.
Pros:

Location and room set up was good. Secure parking and code to access the property were really useful.

Cons:

I thought it was expensive for what it was. The rooms were basic and the kitchen amenities were poor. For example, there was not enough glasses for us all to use. There were only 4 chairs on the balcony for 4 guests meaning we could not eat outside. Bins were not emptied during the stay and there was no housekeeping - not sure if that was required/expected but the price was $300 per night and there was no discount for 3 night stay in off season - I thought this was expensive for the property. That said, it met our needs for the purpose of our stay.

Good location, close to beach & shops/restaurants. Very clean if a little dated & simple. Perfectly fine for a night or two and very good value.

Cons:

Bedside lights didn’t work despite being plugged in & with bulbs.
