Pros:

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast and nice restaurant. Rooms are nice, evething you need for a professional travel.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise in the hotel, also during the night. The doors and walls are not very well isolated

Room was comfortable, facilities were good and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Especially appreciated the midday checkout time, 10:00 appears to be the standard checkout time in Australia and, whether travelling for business or leisure, is far too early. I would always prioritise booking hotels with midday checkout time.

Beds are too soft
The pillows - one is too large and bulky and one is as flat as a pancake
Aircon blowing directly over the bed and onto your face while you sleep
the shower door didn't close, hence water spilled out and there are slippery floor tiles in bathroom
pool is right near the main road with noisy cars, trucks and people passing by can see in
the lift doors slam onto you if you are not quick enough getting in
the fan in bathroom doesn't work
the phone didn't work

Pros:

Room was very comfortable and serviced daily which was good.

Cons:

Checking in could have been handled a bit better. One lady on the desk spent 10 min on the phone while about 6 people were waiting to check in. She didn't have any support.
