My stay there was very relaxing and very satisfactory. I loved it so much and can’t wait to come back again!
Pros:

I loved the layout. It was very clean and very sophisticated as well. Just overall was spot on!

Cons:

The pillows could have been softer they were quite rough and uncomfortable but besides that everything was excellent no complaints.

A very good, clean well-priced hotel in a quiet but good position.
Pros:

Plenty of storage, shower great. Bed very comfortable, although the pillows were all soft. The pool was very clean and nice and warm!

I didn't have breakfast but had dinner on a couple of evenings. The dining area decor is very dreary, but the fact that the food was excellent more than made up for that. I can particularly recommend the pasta with prawns, and the hummous which was some of the best I've ever had,

Staff very pleasant, helpful and efficient. For my purposes the hotel was perfectly placed and very quiet. Would happily stay there again and can recommend it.

Cons:

Dreary, soulless dining area, but it was kept very clean and the decor wouldn't stop me staying there.

Pros:

The staff were great clean and security good nice big rooms!

Cons:

Did not clean room till 5 pm and had to ask for more milk and only cleaned 5 mins no bed made no bins tidied no bathroom clean and massive fight in hallway at 5 am banging and shouting very scary and went on for about 15 minutes

It was my friends birthday and the staff went above and beyond with complimentary wine and a cheesecake for her birthday.Food was also fabulous.

So so accommodation
Pros:

Room was new and smelt clean. Bathroom was lovely, bed big and comfortable.

Cons:

No staff on reception when arrived, so had to find someone. Pillows ultra thin. Not enough tea/ coffee in room.and had to request teabags. No spoons provided. Very limited menu. Dining area was empty/ soulless and in construction. Place feels half finished.
We were expecting more with the new name/ refurbishment.

Poor instructions to/from carpark via elevators. Ruined the stay, checking in when tired.
Pros:

View from top 9th floor.

Cons:

Chaotic signage from carpark garage next to hotel, via 2 separate elevators located many steps and 3 locked doors apart. Got lost.
