Absolutely would stay again and recommend to friends.
Pros:

It was my friends birthday and the staff went above and beyond with complimentary wine and a cheesecake for her birthday.Food was also fabulous.

So so accommodation
Pros:

Room was new and smelt clean. Bathroom was lovely, bed big and comfortable.

Cons:

No staff on reception when arrived, so had to find someone. Pillows ultra thin. Not enough tea/ coffee in room.and had to request teabags. No spoons provided. Very limited menu. Dining area was empty/ soulless and in construction. Place feels half finished.
We were expecting more with the new name/ refurbishment.

Poor instructions to/from carpark via elevators. Ruined the stay, checking in when tired.
Pros:

View from top 9th floor.

Cons:

Chaotic signage from carpark garage next to hotel, via 2 separate elevators located many steps and 3 locked doors apart. Got lost.

Great value, location and room
Pros:

Room was very large, bed was comfy, aircon was great

Cons:

Colour scheme of the room was a bit drab - a couple of nice colourful framed prints would have brightened it up

Pros:

Fantastic staff, very clean room and hotel, comfortable bed and room, great bathroom

Cons:

I arrived very early in the morning and really wanted a cup of tea. There weren’t enough sugar packs in the room for more than one cup and I wanted to have a second one. Also, a better selection of teas would be great. The only choices available were earl grey and herbal. A black tea option would be fantastic!

Pros:

Room was comfortable, facilities were good and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

Especially appreciated the midday checkout time, 10:00 appears to be the standard checkout time in Australia and, whether travelling for business or leisure, is far too early. I would always prioritise booking hotels with midday checkout time.

Pros:

Great hotel, great location, great breakfast and nice restaurant. Rooms are nice, evething you need for a professional travel.

Cons:

There was a lot of noise in the hotel, also during the night. The doors and walls are not very well isolated
