Cheap and affordable!
Pros:

The rooms were good enough. cheap and affordable, if all you want to do is sleep in room at night or spend less time in it.

Cons:

The lack of heater. Only one room had A/C and lack of heater during cold weather was not anticipated.

Fantastic
Pros:

Great location and extremely friendly staff. I had a water leak in the main bedroom coming from the upstairs apartment through the light fixture, I advised the lovely staff member on duty that morning and she was amazing, she sprung into action and ensured that the issue was resolved.

On another occasion I had locked my room and car key inside the apartment at 6:30am on my way out, I called the owner whom I’m sure was still sleeping however he was friendly and assisted me with accessing the master key to unlock my apartment door with no extra charge, absolute legend!

Cons:

No laundry facility, my brother and I were participating in a sporting event over Australia Day long weekend and would have greatly appreciated a laundry. We had to offsite to wash.
