We liked the very comfortable and spacious room. The friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our meals in the restaurant. Easy to find and very short distance to all the shops. It was not our first time here and it won't be our last.

A bit tired and run down
The property itself was nice, the indoor pool area was good. Beds comfortable and room clean. Staff that we dealt with were also very accommodating
Very noisy. We were in a poolside room which was right across from the sports bar/ smoking area and the blokes outside were quite loud.. luckily the hotel isn’t open too late so it didn’t go on all night.
Both mornings there was a very noisy tradesman doing work right outside our room from 7am.. including grinding metal and slamming his trailer shut. Plus hotel delivery trucks right outside our door.
Everything was wonderful.
The accommodation is outstanding. So clean, comfy, spacious and modern. Really lovely staff who work very hard to make these rooms as clean as they are.
The door lock to the outdoor seaside patio was just a latch. Anyone could easily get in. The internal door adjoining the next room was not partitioned with a key lock.
These are the only faults with our particular room.

The staff let me check out late 11am so l could take part in parkrun come back and have a shower. Very spacious.
