Aöl the staff were very helpfull and always with a smile. Especially Mr. Arga helped us so much finding a travel to go to Banjarmadin. His English is perfect and every hotel can call themself happy to have staff like him. Mr. Tony helped us with creating membership and other concerns.

Facilities very nice. Food ok.
Worst nights sleep. Hotel allowed 50+ teenage high school graduates to have an unsupervised party at their hotel. Very noisy. Teenagers shouting, screaming, laughing, slamming doors until 11pm. Then restarted in the pool at 5 am. Rang reception to get them to take action but they did nothing.
Really enjoyed my stay here.😊 The place was super clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. It’s perfect if you’re looking for a quiet spot to relax and get some proper rest. They provided an iron when I asked, which was nice.
Even though the weather was really hot 🥵 during my stay, I felt totally comfortable inside the room stayed nice and 🆒.😁
Only thing there wasn’t a hairdryer in the room, and I’m not sure if you can request one.
Other than that, everything was great!🤗

Excellent staff, very hospitable. Front desk was very helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Restaurant offered a big breakfast buffet which was very good. Restaurant staff were extremely nice. Stayed for 3 nights and enjoyed our stay.
The Belhotel at Palankya Raya is a great option, a comfortable 4 star hotel to use whether passing through on a tourist visit or for a more extended business visit
Rooms are comfortable, the staff were helpful and there appeared to be an extensive international a La carte. Breakfast is predominantly asian buffet but there is something for everyone. Conveniently there is an ATM in the reception visit
I would certainly stay if passing through again.
