Très bien situé

Cons:

Pas de place pour décharger les bagages et pas d'ascenseur. Les marches sont hautes, par conséquent mieux vaut pas avoir des valises trop lourdes

Good location if you are young and agile or a mountain goat.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

This hotel has an extremely steep set of stairs to enter. Getting luggage up those stairs can be a challenge. Once inside we had another steep set of stairs going down inside the room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel if you have any kind of mobility challenges. I would not recommend it to seniors either.

Pretty hotel rooms with a great location; not for those with mobility issues
Pros:

The rooms are spacious (2 double beds) although the bathroom is very small (sink is outside in the room); the customer service and above all, the location = smack dab in the middle of everything.

Cons:

The steps to the hotel are quite steep (I did read the reviews but didn't realize how steep they are until you get there); no typical toiletries (lotion, conditioner, etc) that you find in a boutique hotel (just 2 shampoos and a bar of soap); no mini fridge

Ein charmantes, historisches Hotel in bester Lage!
Pros:

Ein historisches Hotel mitten im Herzen von Québec City, voller Geschichte, Charme und Flair! Unser Zimmer war großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer war zwar klein, das Waschbecken befand sich direkt im Zimmer, was uns persönlich aber nicht gestört hat.

Da es sich um ein historisches Gebäude handelt, gibt es keinen Lift und auch die Schallisolierung entspricht nicht jener moderner Häuser. Das gehört für uns zum Charakter eines solchen Hauses und war bereits im Vorfeld bekannt. Ein Frühstücksangebot wäre noch das i-Tüpfelchen gewesen.

Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Altstadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Zwar gibt es keine hoteleigenen Parkplätze, aber eine kostengünstige Parkgarage befindet sich ganz in der Nähe.

Cons:

Etwas schwierig gestaltet sich das Ausladen der Koffer direkt vor dem Hotel, da die Haltemöglichkeiten begrenzt sind.
