Location and friendly staff
Rooms are extremely dated and could do with an update, we found the bed to be hard. It was ok for a night, but wouldn’t want to stay longer.
Hotel in super Lage, freundliches Personal und für den Preis sind die Zimmer in Ordnung.
Bei uns wurde um 01:20 Morgens das Nachbarzimmer umgebaut. Die Arbeiten gingen bis ca. 02:30. Nach einem Schriftwechsel mit dem Hotel gab es wieder mal nur ein "So sorry Sir".
Leider steht Kuta unter einem Bau und Renervierungszwang, und entwickelt sich desshalb von Jahr zu Jahr mehr zu einem Loch. Anstatt das Hotel für 2 Wochen zu schließen, wird alles auf den Schultern der Gäste ausgetragen.

Мы в отеле второй раз . Близко к аэропорту, в шаговой доступности океан. Куча кафешек, торговый центр, аптека и пр.
Номер убирали каждый день , чистый большой бассейн.
Завтрак скудный. Только азиатская еда. Кофе невкусный.
Bem localizado. Quartos amplos e confortáveis, com vista para a piscina.
O pequeno-almoço podia ser mais variado. Zona da piscina barulhenta e sem regras.
Great location. Close to everything but neatly tucked away so that it was nice and quiet. Poolside room was very enjoyable. Staff were great.
I prefer my bed on the firm side, but I found the mattress to be very hard, my back was quite sore from it.

Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a lovely spa at the hotel for a reasonable price. We liked the dinner meal if we wanted a simple night in. The room we had was spacious and clean.
Nothing the property can do about it, but during our stay there was some bonfires, the smoke found its way into our room. I have a sensitive nose so could smell it.
We enjoyed our stay here again
