Çok iyiydi temizlik yönünden süper bi otel
Overall Terrible, bathrooms was dirty and nothing available in the bathroom , ac wasn’t working, we had to call reception to fix it,

Let me start the review saying this is not a five star hotel. It looks modern enough, but a bit little old. Maybe 3 and a half star hotel in US standard. But we enjoyed staying one night in Adana. Will revisit again. A room was comfortable and clean. Only complaint I had for the hotel while we stayed was noise coming from outdoor wedding or engagement receptions or events. The huge Mi Adana AVM shopping mall is just across the street in front of the hotel. We strolled across to the shopping mall in the evening hours. It was very nice walk.
Closest (read only) hotel available within 1/2h drive to COV airport.
Easy parking.
Booked the room without commitment to pay in advance after which somebody from the hotel management start sending me whatsap messages asking for the CVV code of my credit card, threatening to cancel the reservation.
Upon check in and when I asked to speak to the management, suddenly nobody spoke English.
Didn't get the room I booked and payed for (inferior).
Room was very noise and expensive but there was no alternative.
Location close to town and a huge shopping mall
We stayed for two nights, but the room was not made up for the second night. I informed the reception but they did not respond. We were short of bathroom gel and clean towels. The bed covering in the room is disgraceful, not fitting a five star hotel like Anemon. I stayed T Anemon hotels before but this experience at Adana is terrible. Also the breakfast wS not so good.
Odalar soğuk.merkezi sistem klimaları yetersiz olduğunu söylediler. Odalar geniş ama TV çok küçük. Yeni otel olmasına rağmen bakıma ihtiyacı var. Fiyatı hakkettigini dusunmuyorum. Tek özelliği Real AVM yanında olmasi

A room was booked through booking.com and after the stay was completed in the hustle and bustle of work we forgot to ask for a commercial invoice from the hotel. After repeatedly trying to receive an invoice via messages, email and phone there is no response.
This is unacceptable and apparently booking.com does not properly control its partners.
Nice smell in the lobby ...near to m1 shopping mall.... breakfast is normal
The location is very far from the city... The breakfast is average but definitely less than three stars... The air conditioners are very weak in the rooms and inside the hotel, I don't know if the goal is to save money... The air conditioners inside the rooms face the bed... There is no room service, it's like renting a room only... The employees are respectful but their number is small... There are two elevators for everyone present... The hotel is luxurious but certainly the management is a failure and it doesn't deserve more than three stars
Clean but got one problem to hot in hole way and loft buy the time you working to your room you have to take shower
We komen al jaren naar hetzelfde hotel in Adana. Nog altijd ok maar verliest toch wat van zijn waarde (zoals bijna overal in Turkije)
Die Matratzen waren schrecklich, passen überhaupt nichtzur 5 Stern ⭐️
