Io e il mio compagno lavoriamo in un hotel in costiera amalfitana. E il lavoro lo conosciamo bene , ma salvando qualcuno

La struttura era posizionata in un posto strategico. Al centro. Ci complimentiamo con il sign. Antonino che e stata una persona squisita. Sorridente e disponibile. Ci ha aiutato a prenotare i nostri tour e ha risposto ad ogni nostra esigenza, facendolo sempre con il sorriso
Molto capace anche il camerire che lavora al ristornate nel turno serale, e Crystina. Persone che sanno fare bene il loro lavoro.

Cons:

Non tutto il personale era disponibile e accogliente. Ci sono stati 2 episodi spiacevoli. Nel primo: noi siamo una famiglia con 2 bambini piccoli. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto bisogno di riscaldare il latte a nostra figlia. Il bollilatte non funzionava e quindi il mio compagno si è recato in portineria di notte, e la persona che era al ricevimento ci ha risposto che non era possibile a quell’ora. Mia figlia ha dovuto bere il latte freddo.
Nel secondo episodio. Io e mio figlio eravamo all aperitivo , verso le 17.30 e il ragazzo che era al buffett ( uomo con un codino) ha fatto un verso sgradevole, quando ha visto mio figlio prendere un panino dal buffett con le mani. Nello stesso momento , un uomo, credo uno dei responsabili vestito in giacca e cravatte ( di colore beige) e con occhiali, mi ha fissata facendo un cenno con la testa per indicare perplessita. C e poco da dire, se la struttura è un 5 stelle aperto ai bambini, bisogna anche essere pronti ad accoglierli questi bambini e non aspettarsi che si comportino da adulti. Detto questo, di pessimo gusto e cortesia , quanto fatto a me.
Noi abbiamo speso più di 3000 euro, per una camera molto grande, bella vista ma molto impolverata. C era molta polvere sulla testata del letto e comodini. Questo lo dico perche da persona asmatica ho avvertito subito il disagio e poi costatato con i miei occhi e facendo una passata con il dito sulle superfici.
Il cibo e la colazione molto buono.

Overall, my stay was very good, with far more positives than negatives.
Pros:

The staff was really nice.
The breakfasts were amazing.
The mattresses were very comfortable.
The view from the windows was fantastic.

Cons:

The bathrooms clearly need more cleaning.
The overall appearance of the hotel is more suited to a 3 or 4 star hotel than a 5.

Pros:

Poolområdet var rigtigt fint. God mad i Gaia bar. The Level var nice - lækkert med adgang til snacks. Sød og hjælpsom personale. Fint værelse - vi boede i en familie suite - med god plads til opbevaring.

Cons:

Aircondition var ikke stærk nok til at køle værelset ned, så det var meget varmt om sen eftermiddag og aften. I stuen blev det tåleligt men i soveværelset var der alt for varmt. Det blev ok i løbet af natten.

It was very good.
Pros:

25th floor exclusive lounge, incredibly efficient and friendly concierge service, location very convenient, great views.

Cons:

Kettle and towel heating rack did not work - but it was replaced almost immediately by the very efficient staff.
No desk - just a divan to sit on and a low table. Very difficult to work from.
Room flooring felt a little industrial - almost rubbery.

Pros:

Très bien situé: prêt du centre et plage. Très belle vue sur de Barcelone. Personnel sympa.
Lounge à disposition des clients.

Cons:

Entretien de chambres pas au niveau 5 étoiles.
Pas de service pour prendre les bagages.
