Grapevine layover
Pros:

The staff from checkin to the breakfast buffet were awesome! Shuttle to and from airport very courteous and friendly!!

Cons:

Only issue was sofa sleeper was missing a leg bolt

So so. I have stayed in nicer facilities run by their competitiors

Cons:

This hotel is under renovation. The rooms are dated but were clean. There are 3 hotels that share a large parking area and it was hard to find a parking place. there are areas that are not well lit along the back parking lot. We had to go into this hotel through the Courtyard Hotel and use their elevators to get to the upper floors. Breakfast and the exercise room were also in the Courtyard Hotel.

Cons:

Fine print extra $100 non refundable to bring my dog. Odd layout and construction on the breakfast area.

Pros:

Check in was a breeze, very friendly staff however, bring your on pillow! Pillows in this hotel are TERRIBLE! It’s like sleeping on bricks. I believe just sleeping without one would have been better! Again, great place friendly staff but whew!

I’d stay here again!
Pros:

Excellent customer service. From the front desk giving clear directions to meet the airport shuttle at dfw, to the friendly shuttle driver, to the front desk staff, to the breakfast staff…everyone was superb!
We waited only about 5 minutes for the shuttle, got checked in right away at the hotel. Pool was warm and clean, great for families! Lots of towels to use for drying off. Clean room with extra blankets. Breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had. They even had gluten free muffins to warm up for me! And oat milk for dairy free creamer in my coffee! Food was clearly labeled for allergens; I truly appreciate that!
If I were to travel back to Dallas and needed an airport hotel, I definitely would stay here again!

Pros:

The breakfast was very good. Our suite was spacious enough for what we needed. Staff was polite and helpful. Our only minor complaint was that the air conditioning had some trouble keeping up. We would definitely stay here again.
