We booked hotel blocks for our wedding guests and had a phenomenal experience working with our sales coordinator Kayla! She was very responsive when we had questions and proactive in making sure we were able to meet our booking minimum. She was so thoughtful and really went the extra mile in making sure our guests had everything they needed. After pre paying the management dropped the rooms and put us in a lower quality hotel way out of our way without even discussing it with us prior
Find another hotel. This Residence Inn is not worthy of Marriott. This hotel is not worth the money. The mattress was sagging. The sheets and the mattress cover came off in the middle of the night. Gross. The decor was sad, tired, and dirty. The dishwasher didn't work. Water in the pool was murky.
I complained to the person at the desk and asked to talk with the manager, Creed. Not there. She said he would call me. I called back three times over the next week and left a message on his voicemail. No response. No customer service.
The hotel we stayed was very nice overall. Our only issue was that the cable was not working and the maintenance guy couldn’t get it to work. They did offer us another room but we had already settled in and had a pizza on the way. Would definitely stay there again
Staff was really great. The room was large and comfortable. Close to the cross gates mall. The free Breakfast was good too.
The location is a little inconvenient.
Clean room, spacious, course to the mall and Walmart without being directly on the traffic,which were pluses for us. Dishwasher was nice to have. Good breakfast
The hotel is doing renovation and my room was spacious and remodeled . Very comfortable. Due to renovation pool was closed but they said we can use the pool at a near by hotel. I passed because it would be too inconvenient and it’s cold outside the front desk staff was very nice and welcoming.
