Hits the marks
Pros:

Stayed at this location due to proximity of a business obligation. It is near shopping and restaurants - including a mall and the largest Walmart in the US across the street.
Room was a studio king- bed was super comfortable, full size fridge/ freezer, stove etc.
Parking is free. Room and hotel felt clean. Lobby was cute, tables, booths, fireplace. Free breakfast. There was an indoor pool and a small gym. Cute outdoor area with string lights and fire pit also.
This is not a 5 star resort- but if something is bringing you to the area and you need a clean place with amenities, this is great. Price was comparable to many hotels in the area. But I did find a little pricey for a Sunday night in Albany in March.

Perfect location and amazing customer service!
Pros:

We booked hotel blocks for our wedding guests and had a phenomenal experience working with our sales coordinator Kayla! She was very responsive when we had questions and proactive in making sure we were able to meet our booking minimum. She was so thoughtful and really went the extra mile in making sure our guests had everything they needed. The location was convenient to our venue and we got great feedback from everyone who stayed here. Thank you!!

Don't Stay Here
Pros:

Find another hotel. This Residence Inn is not worthy of Marriott. This hotel is not worth the money. The mattress was sagging. The sheets and the mattress cover came off in the middle of the night. Gross. The decor was sad, tired, and dirty. The dishwasher didn't work. Water in the pool was murky.

I complained to the person at the desk and asked to talk with the manager, Creed. Not there. She said he would call me. I called back three times over the next week and left a message on his voicemail. No response. No customer service.
