We had an excellent stay!
Pros:

Staff is really friendly and willing to assist. The lady who checked me in although new, was very efficient and reliable. She provided an excellent service. Food in the restaurants is also very tasty.

the valet parking staff, staff at entrance and helpers, cafe staff are very attentive and hard working.Room is comfy

Front desk staff are a bit receptive excepting one woman who made an effort to talk and asked for feedback. Need to be more involved with guests rather being just robotic behind a desk and computer.
