Clean, comfortable, quiet.
Pros:

Front desk staff was great for checkin and questions. Pool attendant was also friendly.

Cons:

Housekeeping, non verbal, knocking on the door several times and walking away before you get there, before checkout time. Missing shower curtain in the room.

Overall very happy with the stay. Excellent service by your staff.
Pros:

Excellent breakfast. Front desk staff was amazing, helpful and very friendly.

Cons:

Did not give enough towels and washcloths even though I included the number of guests when I booked the room. Made a stop each evening at the front desk to get enough for each person in our room. It was not a terrible ordeal just an inconvenience after being out and about all day.

Great place to stay and in a good location away from Charlotte.
Pros:

Great location and environment. The breakfast was good. All of the personal working at the hotel was very friendly and courteous. The lady at the check out was very helpful in getting my day late check in worked out and credited. Thanks everyone for a great and restful stay, Very comfortable beds.
