Strict cancellation policy, no exceptions for weather
Pros:

My flight was canceled due to severe weather, which was completely outside of my control. I called the hotel as soon as possible to explain the situation and asked if they could either cancel the reservation or provide a credit for a future stay.

Unfortunately, the staff was unwilling to offer any flexibility, cancellation, or credit, despite the circumstances. I understand policies exist, but I was disappointed by the lack of understanding or effort to help.

Just be aware when booking that this location may strictly enforce cancellation policies, even when travel disruptions are caused by weather emergencies.
