Pros:

front desk were amazing. super helpful always, great vibe and welcoming. the restaurant is excellent. the staff there too. all the porters are very nice. it's an all around great organization. well done.

Nice hotel with character but some big shortcomings
Pros:

Location, atmosphere, restaurant staff, breakfast , library , room with balconies

Cons:

Front desk staff
Air con too cold in lobby/restaurant in evening + too dark
Very noisy at night especially in back facing church
Pool poorly designed - just a big bathtub

A bit expensive for what it was but I had similar experiences in Cartagena where hotels are overpriced compared to European/ us standards.

Cons:

No me gustó que por más que limpiaban el baño tenía un mal olor y era desagradable cuando entrabas en el. Las almohada no fueron ideales muy duras, no dormí cómoda

Um mix de história, preservação, conforto e simpatia!
Pros:

O hotel, que é um edifício histórico, está muito bem preservado. Além da beleza e conforto, conta com uma equipe muito bem treinada: profissional e simpática. Gostaria de agradecer pelo cuidado que tiveram com meus filhos, tanto na acomodação, quanto no auxílio na circulação do hotel.
