Pros:

Sin duda la atención del personal y el mismo personal. Super colaboradores, buena actitud, proactivos, educados. En verdad que el servicio fue nivel TOP y la comida excelente.

Cons:

La ubicación es buena, solo que tiene Iglesia cerca y esos campanazos no dejan dormir tan bien, lo cual no es culpa del hotel. Esta un poco caro el costo por noche considerando que casi en frente tiene un hotel a la mitad de la tarifa y muy lindo también.

Pros:

FANTASTICO hotel in pieno Casco Viejo. Bellissimo internamente, in stile coloniale, strapulito. Camere davvero belle e personale delizioso.

Cons:

Unica nota stonata (per un italiano): nei bagni non c’è nè il doccino nè la spazzola per pulire il wc. Molto comune a Panama, ma per un italiano è un problema 😅. Ma non può inficiare il voto, hotel troppo bello

todo aparte del baño, muy bien
Pros:

se ve algo de deterioro en los marcos de las puertas que dan al balcon, comido por la polilla, el agua caliente del baño poco regulada, la luz no es suficiente, y habian pelos en las paredes.

Cons:

el baño en general no esta bien mantenido ni es de un hotel 5 estrellas ni de 4 estrellas

Housekeeping left my room with an unlocked open door. Luckily nothing disappeared. It never seemed clean, the light and fan system make zero sense. The restaurant mediocre.

Pros:

We love the historic feel of the place. Definitely feels like old Panama. If you want to roll your bag into the room make sure to ask if you can do so. We stayed in room 111 and there were steps in the hallway which was inconvenient for large bag. The rooms are comfortable and the church bells did not bother us. Bathroom shower has a lot of water but we never could get it hot enough. Service excellent and friendly. Bar was closed at 7:30 PM. In the past there was always a lot of guest in restaurant and this time there were very few people in general.
