Corales Suites

Corales is in a great location! My Paradise Beach Club is right behind it. It's a block or two away from most evening noise, but still an easy walk to Town Square. As always, the staff go out of their way to ensure we're well taken care of!

IT IS QUIET AND QUANT....YOU FEEL SO SAFE, FREE, AND RESPECTED. ALL THE STAFF IS KIND AND VERY ACCOMODATING- NEXT YEAR I WILL MAKE SURE TO REMEMBER EVERYONES NAME: THE DESK STAFF-NATALIA..JAZZMAN AND ANOTHER YOUNG WOMAN -THEY ACTUALLY LOOKED LIKE SISTERS WERE WONDERFULL----IT WAS GOOD TO SEE DANNY....ESPECIALLY SINCE WE REMEMBERED HIM FROM OUR FIRST VISIT ---THIS WAS OUR FOURTH---WE HAVE TRAVELLED TO MANY CARRIBEAN DESTINATIONS...BUT THERE IS NO PLACE LIKE CORALES SUITES....I WOULD LIKE OTHERS TO DISCOVER THIS JEWEL IN MEXICO, HOWEVER, I WANT IT TO REMAIN..INTIMATE AND QUANT AS IS....LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING NEXT YEAR...IT'S EASY, AND AFFORDABLE AND THE PEOPLE ARE VERY NICE.

Very helpful staff and a wonderful place to stay!

The pool always had a film. The reception acted like I was always bothering her. They charge you a fee for a beach or pool towels, and refund it when you leave. The bath towels looked dirty. The kitchen was filthy. The pictures that they show on Expedia or their website are when they first opened the place looks nothing like the pictures. Matter fact the patio and balcony were so dirty and the lounge chairs by the pool were filthy with stains When they showed us our room. There was a dirty pair of panties on our balcony. The room had no iron or hairdryer. That was another fee all around the place was just filthy.

The property is well located, it’s a walking dintace from the Main Street with bars and restaurants and only two block from the beach. Very convenient . The condition of the building is ok, the units are cozy but don’t expect luxury . The first room that we were given had a problem with the AC unit , so the staff offered to move to a different room, that’s was very nice from them.

Great location - very close to the beach and walking distance to many great places to eat and anything you may need. The room was fine for the price, apart from water leaking in through the closed window and all over the floor when the garden was watered. Unfortunately they kept running out of water for showering and when there was water it was cold and the pressure was hopeless.The pool was nice - but closed for a day of our stay for maintenance. The staff seemed nice.

Great location near the beach.
Items for cooking and cleaning very limited. Would have to supply everything to make a meal. No coffee filters or salt and pepper.

Nice hotel. Beds were a little stiff but overall the staff were friendly and nice.

The staff were wonderful. Check-in was easy. The room was not too clean but we still had a wonderdul time. For the price and location, overall a great experience.

The hotel was okay. Nothing spectacular, but the location is great and we felt very safe walking from the property to the beach and to access shopping and restaurants.

Excellent location with a brief walk to the beach and a small view of the ocean with ocean sound audible. Reception staff very helpful in showing us the booked toom and then assisting in securing a different room when that one was not qcceptable Sheets were old but clean.Water was provided initially in a 5 gallon container. Parking onsite very nice.

Pillows, bed & all furniture VERY old & uncomfortable

If you’re budget traveling this is a great place to stay in Puerto Morelos. The property is in a fantastic location next to the beach. The balcony of our apartment looked out over a beautiful building across the way and had a partial ocean view. We enjoyed that feature! The funky challenges: The kitchen has only the bare bones basics. We would have liked a cutting board, but where’s the adventure in that?! The bedroom has glass walls at the top so when the early riser in your party wakes up, they either need to fumble around in the dark or turn on the lights that inevitably illuminate the bedroom. We did appreciate the lamps in the living room. The AC is only in the bedroom, so our apartment got a little stuffy with the afternoon sun, but the ceiling fans kept it comfortable. We were very thankful to find a smart TV to tune into Netflix. This place is not for everyone with its quirks, but we really enjoyed our stay. I would book our second floor 4B room again.

Great staff and a very clean room. Some construction on the main road but still very walkable to town for groceries, dining as well as music. First time staying ant Theo property and would for sure come back.

Average hotel suitable if you need to book last minute loding and can't find much else in Puerto Morelos. Very bright bedroom - almost no curtains, plus hard mattress and pillows means you need to be exhausted (or drunk) to get a good nights sleep. TV streaming services don't work - it just spins. Lots of junk / storage piled up on backside of unit - views from bedroom and kitchen were old furniture, ladders, and trash bags. No direct beach access. Won't be back.

We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at Corales Suites. The room and property are showing a bit of wear and the bathroom’s plumbing is in need of an overhaul, but other than that, it was comfortable, the location was perfect, and the staff were excellent.
