Nice place to stay

I arrived later in the night and when checking in, the employee was not very personable. I felt as if I was interrupting her. I did call earlier in the afternoon to let them know I would be arriving later but after driving 5 hours, I wasn't very happy to be greeted in the manner I was. I have stayed here once before and had a very enjoyable experience

Pros: Hotel seemed newer and in good condition. Close to casino and cross valley.
Cons: Our shower had mold on the curtain so it was quite smelly. The pool and hot tub needed a little bit of supervision. People in street clothes and kids jumping in hot tub. Coffee not great

The room was as expected. Very similar to other Spark locations.

I've now stayed in a few SPARK hotels. They have all been clean and well appointed, though quite basic. I will consider staying at any Spark by Hilton hotels, when they are conveniently located.

We were extremely happy with our stay. The staff was very knowledgeable & quick to help in anyway they could. The room was very clean & comfortable. We grew up in the area & visit quite often. See you again.

Newest hotel in the area. Clean room with basic essentials. Close to major highways. Pet friendly ($50 fee) with plenty of space to walk a dog.

Clean, friendly,close to resteruants,and 5 minute drive to mohegan casino.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in a little early with a call ahead. Hotel was clean as was the room. The hotel seems to have gone through some recent renovations and/or upgrades and provided a peaceful and relaxing space. Stayed on the fourth floor where windows are in line with highway above so some highway noise in the background. It wasn’t an issue for me but it may be for some others. Was delighted to find out the windows were able to be slid open a crack to let some fresh breeze through. Air conditioner worked well. Simple breakfast bar with fruit, cereals, and bagels. Apple and orange juice with coffee and tea as well as a machine that dispenses yogurt with various topping options on the side. Hotel noise was minimal even with quite a few guests being booked. Clean pool with hot tub that seemed to be a hot attraction.
Would recommend in the future.

Brand new facility. Everything was excellent.

Internet only allowed one hook up. Needs upgrading. Cool/heat system needs to be replaced. Sounds like a jet engine. Very disruptive!

Everything was great except the rude lady at checkout in the morning. She was abrasive and rude.

Cleanest motel ever!! Simply amazing. Also had a delicious parfait with the best yogurt and a yummy bagel. Very helpful and courteous receptionists

The staff was friendly, the facilities were spotless, and every detail of the stay felt well taken care of. From check-in to our last night, everything was close to perfect.

The only downside came on the day of checkout. Room service kept knocking and checking in multiple times before our scheduled departure, which felt a bit intrusive and disrupted what should have been a relaxed end to an otherwise flawless stay.

That being said, I would still highly recommend this hotel. If they could improve the checkout experience by giving guests a bit more space and time, it would truly be a five-star experience.

The windows could use sound proofing. As the patpk is outside and there were air brakes all night. Also the breakfast offered should have mentioned it was continental only. That was very disappointing
