Character, style, and comfort, plus close enough to Cork for a night out.
Pros:

The view over the main street below while shielded from the noise was excellent.
The heritage character was appreciated .
We would have preferred somewhere closer to Cork, but the road connecting Mallow to Cork was direct and fast.

Cons:

The photos showed what it was like so there were no surprises.
As a general comment, it is good to have a choice of pillows and quilts to ensure we have a good sleep

Great location, great staff would visit again

Lovely hotel central to everything
Pros:

It’s right in the centre of town close to everything. Room was nice and spacious.

Cons:

I found the bathroom to small in comparison to the room. Also parking in the carpark behind and then having to carry our wedding outfits down the hill back to the hotel in the rain wasn’t fun. Would be a fab idea to maybe have a way in through the leisure centre for guests to make things easier

It was okay
Pros:

We ate in the bar of an evening and the food was good.
The bar was good and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The room was for three people but there were only two cups for tea/coffee and one set of towels. This was rectified upon request but following housekeeping cleaning the room we were left with only hand towels.
