Located near restaurants, shops, and grocery store, but needs updating.
Pros:

The location was very good within walking distance of shops, restaurants, pubs, and a grocery store. Hot shower. Good flushing toilet. Elevator works reliably.

Cons:

The parking was a longer walk from the hotel than I expected, like a walk around the block. No shortcut through the hotel to the parking lot. The room was very small and hot. No air conditioning. Had to use a provided fan. The shower was small, but adequate. The place needs updating.

great location - briliant staff - top notch value for money
Pros:

great location in town centre - and staff made the tripe from reservation to front desk to restauant bar and housekeeping they were brilliant

Cons:

nothing that come to mind - just bear in mind it is 3* family run establishment - and it fulfills its brief impecably.

Pros:

Great friendly staff, good location, clean rooms daily

Cons:

More choices in the breakfast, as there was more selection in the non quest buffets, and I didn't like cheese in the mash, not to my taste.

In need of a make over and some older experienced staff don’t leave the children in charge
Pros:

Unfortunately we experienced a lot of noise on our stay as our room was over the bar area … the first night was ok music was off at 12pm and we slept ok but on the second night the staff decided to have a lock in with their friends and the music was blasting until gone 4am, we didn’t complain until after 2am and all requests to turn the music off were ignored! I complained via email to hotel management and a full refund was issued
Breakfast is below standard and I would not recommend best off eating in one of the many coffee shops on offer in the town

Pros:

Front of house, was a lovely south African lady, she couldn't have been nicer. Its lovely to get someone that's very genuine and sincere when you arrive for your stay.😊.
Food was good a very reasonably priced.
Bar staff very nice also.
They also have a bar to the left of the hotel down a flight of stairs, very nice pizza 🍕 , a little bit like'" if an irish pub and an Italian cafe had a baby.😊

Cons:

The town of mallow itself felt a bit lost, to be honest. Looks like its best days are behind it. The hotel itself feels like it's the best thing in the town. Hope iam not being too hard on the town and I probably didn't get to see enough of it.
