Bardzo dobra lokalizacja,piękny widok z hotelu na jezioro,pyszne śniadania ,personel bardzo pomocny i uprzejmy,w pokoju nic nie brakowało ,bardzo przyjemnie wspominam ten pobyt i polecam,mogłabym wrócić chętnie latem

W naszym pokoju nie działała lodówka,ale to nam nie przeszkadzało bo nie była bardzo potrzebna

Podejście obsługi - w hotelu odbywała się duża konferencja organizowane przez pewne szkolne wydawnictwo i niestety, ale odbywały się tzw. before'y / aftery w co najmniej jednym pokoju, a co za tym odgłosy z "domówki" dochodziły do naszego pokoju. Cisza nocna jedna godzina, a nasze uśnięcie, to druga godzina... Miedzy jedną, a drugą godziną pierwszy mój telefon do recepcji - słyszę, że ochrona ma się przejść po korytarzach. Niestety, odgłosy utrudniające zaśniecie nadal dochodzą. Stąd drugi mój telefon i słyszę, że mógł ktoś z gości przechodzić koło naszych drzwi. Rozumiem, że mógł przechodzić non-stop 3 godziny po ciszy nocnej, a przed naszym zaśnięciem i był w tym czasie niewidoczny?

Dużo miejsca dla każdego. Przestrzeń i organizowane zajęcia dla dzieci i dorosłych. Strefa spa. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie. Pięknie położony hotel. Dobrze wygluszone ściany. Mimo imprezy za ścianą małe dziecko spało spokojnie. Dużo prywatności.

Cons:

Do poprawy czystość i stan wyposażenia. Niektóre niedopatrzenia nie powinny miec miejsca w *****hotelu. Dosyć monotonne śniadania.mimo że bardzo smaczne i obszerne.brak zmienności.

Pros:

Super obsługa , czuliśmy się zaopiekowani na każdym etapie , przepyszne jedzenie w restauracji hotelowej. Bardzo duży plus doba hotelowa przedłużona do 18 , dzięki temu mogliśmy pospacerować brzegiem jeziora , i bez pospiechu zjeść przepyszny obiad. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu :-)
