Brak możliwości korzystania z atrakcji hotelu oraz hałas

Niestety, pomimo rewelacyjnych opinii, niemiło się zaskoczyłem.
Jedzenie było wyśmienite, pokoje czyste i przestronne, obsługa bardzo uprzejma, a strefa masaży – cudowna.

Niestety to tyle. Menadżerowie hotelu zupełnie zapominają o rezerwacjach indywidualnych, a skupiają się na grupach.

Do hotelu Tiffi jechałem prawie 6 godzin, ponad 500 km, żeby na własne oczy przekonać się, jak tam jest cudownie. W czwartek, w dniu zakładania rezerwacji, rozmawiałem z recepcjonistką Jesiką, która zapewniła mnie o masie atrakcji i odpoczynku, jaki można tam zaznać, i słowem nie wspomniała o ograniczeniach.

Po przyjeździe w piątek, od przemiłego recepcjonisty z podbitym okiem, dowiedziałem się, że akurat dzisiaj odbywa się konferencja i Shisha bar jest zarezerwowany, natomiast jutro wszystko wróci do normy. Niestety tak nie było.

W nocy hałasy na całym trzecim piętrze. W sobotę od obsługi restauracji dowiedziałem się, że również nie będzie otwarty bar i hotel nie planuje żadnych atrakcji na ten weekend. Rozmawiałem o tym z recepcją – zostałem przeproszony i odesłany z kwitkiem.

Jako młoda osoba chciałem móc w pełni korzystać ze wszystkich atrakcji hotelu, gdyż nawet w sobotę w Iławie w kwietniu niewiele się dzieje. Nie chciałem kolejnego wieczoru przesiedzieć w lobby z kieliszkiem wina.

Pomijam kwestię jacuzzi, które bardziej przypomina wulkan, niż zapewnia relaks. To akurat rozumiem jako chwilowe problemy techniczne, które ciężko przewidzieć. Natomiast nie jestem w stanie zrozumieć, jak hotel może wyłączyć część swoich atrakcji, które oferuje podczas zakupu i którymi licznie się chwali w mediach czy w pakietach pobytowych, na rzecz jednorazowej imprezy firmowej.

Te opinie, które tutaj są, piszą klienci indywidualni, o których hotel w sezonach niskich zapomina.

Każdemu, kto będzie kupował pobyt, radzę dwukrotnie dopytać się o możliwość korzystania z atrakcji.
Kto wie, co będzie wyłączone z użytkowania dla następnej grupy.
