A good hotel in a good location, but with the service of a one-star hotel.
Pros:

Large, very comfortable rooms. A very friendly and child-friendly lifeguard. A highly attentive and professional waiter during dinner.

Cons:

With the exception of the two positive aspects mentioned above, the staff and the way we were treated as guests fell far short of what one would expect from a Grand Hotel.

There was a very unpleasant smell in the hallway on the second floor and in our room. The carpet urgently needs to be professionally cleaned or, ideally, replaced.

The breakfast was an absolute joke for the price charged. The baked goods were bone dry, and the coffee was worse than what you would get at any petrol station.

Throughout our entire stay, we never once felt welcome. On the day of our departure, a large event was taking place, and we had the impression that all preparations and attention were focused on it. Unfortunately, we felt completely overlooked. This should never happen in a Grand Hotel.

This was our second stay at this hotel, and unfortunately, we experienced the same poor level of service on both occasions. It is a real shame, but without a doubt, this was our worst hotel experience in Poland in this price category.

It simply cannot compare to other Grand Hotels by the sea or in the mountains. Furthermore, every evening in the restaurant, we were told something different about the availability of the dishes. We found this very unpleasant as well. In contrast to breakfast, the evening meals were exceptionally good and flavorful. As mentioned, the head waiter provided five-star service, as did the lifeguard. Unfortunately, we cannot say the same about the rest of the staff.

Cons:

Hotel ok, ale już na wstępie nie byłem przygotowany że podczas zameldowania hotel chce ode mnie blokady 500 zł na koncie(wcześniej nie miałem takich doświadczeń) miłym zaskoczeniem była pełna lodówka smakołyków jednak to było dodatkowo płatne (po to zablokowali 500). Nie skorzystałem z tej zawartości bo ceny były wysokie. No i najgorsze było odzyskać zablokowane środki bo po wyjeździe hotel twierdził że odblokował środki bank twierdził, że hotel nic nie zrobił w tej sprawie a ja musiałem wydzwaniać i wyjaśniać sprawę. Naprawdę przykra.sytiacja. Nie polecam
